- - 中間層(17)に接続された、第一のペイン(15)及び第二のペイン(16)で構成された複合ペイン(101)、
- 前記第一のペイン及び前記第二のペインの間に配置された、2つの電気伝導性構造体、特に、電気光学的機能素子(18)の2つの互いに対向する表面電極(19,20)、並びに
- 導電体トラック(2)を有するフレキシブルフラットケーブル(1)
を含む、接続構造(101)であって、
前記フレキシブルフラットケーブル(1)は、
- 前記フラットケーブル(1)の第一の末端部(8)かつ第一の側に第一の接続領域(10)を含み、前記第一の接続領域(10)は、少なくとも1つの導体トラック(2)の接触点(13)を有し、
- 前記フラットケーブル(1)の前記第一の末端部(8)かつ前記第一の側に少なくとも1つの第二の接続領域(11)をさらに含み、前記第二の接続領域(11)は、少なくとも1つの導体トラック(2)の接触点(13)を有し、
- 前記フラットケーブル(1)の第二の末端部(9)に前記導体トラック(2)の接触点(13’)を含む第三の接続領域(12)をさらに含み、
前記フラットケーブル(1)は、前記第一の接続領域(10)を含有するベースセクション(5)と、前記ベースセクション(5)に接続され、かつ、前記第二の接続領域(11)を含有する少なくとも1つのストリップ状セクション(6)とを有し、前記ストリップ状セクション(6)は、前記第二の接続領域(11)が前記第一の接続領域(10)に向くように、折りたたまれているか、折りたたまれることができ、
前記第一の接続領域(10)は、電気伝導的に、特に、直流的に、一方の電気伝導性構造体に接続され、前記第二の接続領域(11)は、電気伝導的に、特に、直流的に、他方の電気伝導性構造体に接続され、前記フラットケーブル(1)は、前記複合ペイン(100)から外へと延在し、前記第三の接続領域(13)は、前記複合ペイン(100)の外部に配置されている、接続構造(101)。 - 前記フレキシブルフラットケーブル(1)において、前記ストリップ状セクション(6)が、前記ベースセクション(5)の端部に配置されている、請求項1に記載の接続構造(101)。
- 前記フレキシブルフラットケーブル(1)において、前記ストリップ状セクション(6)が、前記ベースセクション(5)から、横方向に、特に直角に、突き出ている、請求項1に記載の接続構造(101)。
- 前記フレキシブルフラットケーブル(1)において、前記ストリップ状セクション(6)は、前記第二の接続領域(11)が前記第一の接続領域(10)に対して横方向にオフセットされて配置されるように、折りたたまれているか、折りたたまれることができる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の接続構造(101)。
- 前記フレキシブルフラットケーブル(1)において、前記ストリップ状セクション(6)は、前記第二の接続領域(11)が前記第一の接続領域(10)に対向して配置されるように、折りたたまれているか、折りたたまれることができる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の接続構造(101)。
- 前記フレキシブルフラットケーブル(1)において、前記フラットケーブル(1)の前縁(7)の凹みが、前記ベースセクション(5)及び前記ストリップ状セクション(6)の間に形成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の接続構造(101)。
- 前記フレキシブルフラットケーブル(1)において、少なくとも1つの折り目領域(14)の前の前記ストリップ状セクション(6)の延在方向、及び前記少なくとも1つの折り目領域(14)の後の延在方向の間の角度α(アルファ)が、10°~170°である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の接続構造(101)。
- 前記フレキシブルフラットケーブル(1)において、前記ストリップ状セクション(6)の折りたたまれた部分と、前記ベースセクション(5)とが、同じ方向を指す、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の接続構造(101)。
- 前記フレキシブルフラットケーブル(1)において、前記導体トラック(2)は、キャリア基材(3)に固定的に接続され、被覆層(4)により覆われており、前記被覆層は、少なくとも、前記第一の接続領域(10)の前記接触点(13)及び前記第二の接続領域(11)の前記接触点(13)では、存在しないか、特に、除去されている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の接続構造(101)。
- 前記フレキシブルフラットケーブル(1)が、両側がラミネートされたストリップ状導電体トラック(2)を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の接続構造(101)。
- 前記フレキシブルフラットケーブル(1)において、前記ストリップ状セクション(6)は、鋭角で折りたたまれておらず、折り目が、0.1mm~100mmの曲率半径rを有する、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の接続構造(101)。
- 前記第一の接続領域(10)が、一方の側から第一の表面電極(19)に電気的に接触し、前記第二の接続領域(11)が、他方の側から第二の表面電極(20)に電気的に接触する、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の接続構造(101)。
- 以下の工程:
a) フラットケーブル(1)を提供すること、
b) 前記第二の接続領域(11)が前記第一の接続領域(10)に向くように、前記フラットケーブル(1)の前記ストリップ状セクション(6)を折りたたむこと、
c) 前記第一の接続領域(10)を一方の電気伝導性構造体に、前記第二の接続領域(11)を他方の電気伝導性構造体に、電気伝導的に接続すること
を含む、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の接続構造(101)の製造方法。 - 単一ペインの安全ガラスペイン又は複数ペインの複合ガラスペイン上の、又はそのペイン中の、少なくとも2つの電気伝導性構造体、特に、電気光学的機能素子の2つの対向する電極に接触するための、乗り物分野、又は建築分野における、家具、電気器具又は装飾品での、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の接続構造(101)の使用。
