Description
−熱可塑性の中間層を介して互いに面状に結合された第1のガラス板と第2のガラス板、
−第1のガラス板の少なくとも内側表面に設けられた、少なくとも1つの導電性の被覆、
−導電性の被覆の領域に設けられた少なくとも1つの集合導体、及び
−集合導体の少なくとも1つの領域に設けられた、少なくとも1つの導電性のコンタクト帯材、
を有しており、コンタクト帯材は、少なくとも1つの電気的なリード線に接続されており、コンタクト帯材の少なくとも1つの領域は、集合導体と直接に接触している。
イ)第1のガラス板の表面に導電性の被覆を付与し、
ロ)導電性の被覆の領域に、少なくとも1つの集合導体を付与し、
ハ)第1のガラス板の表面に熱可塑性の中間層を配置し、熱可塑性の中間層に第2のガラス板を配置し、電気的なリード線に接続された、少なくとも1つの導電性のコンタクト帯材を配置し、これによりコンタクト帯材の少なくとも1つの領域を、集合導体と直接に接触させ、
ニ)第1のガラス板を、熱可塑性の中間層を介して第2のガラス板に結合する、
を有している。
I)第1のガラス板の表面に導電性の被覆を付与し、
II)導電性の被覆の領域に、少なくとも1つの集合導体を付与し、
III)集合導体の少なくとも1つの領域に、電気的なリード線に接続された少なくとも1つの導電性のコンタクト帯材を配置し、
IV)第1のガラス板の表面に、熱可塑性の中間層を配置し、且つ熱可塑性の中間層に第2のガラス板を配置し、
V)第1のガラス板を、熱可塑性の中間層を介して第2のガラス板に結合する、
を有している。
(I)第1のガラス板の表面に導電性の被覆を付与し、
(II)導電性の被覆の領域に、少なくとも1つの集合導体を付与し、
(III)電気的なリード線に接続された少なくとも1つの導電性のコンタクト帯材を、熱可塑性の中間層に取り付け、
(IV)熱可塑性の中間層を第1のガラス板の表面に配置し、且つ第2のガラス板を熱可塑性の中間層に配置し、
(V)第1のガラス板を、熱可塑性の中間層を介して第2のガラス板に結合する、
を有している。

Claims (24)
- 電気的な接触接続部を備える複合ガラス板であって、少なくとも、
−熱可塑性の中間層(4)を介して互いに面状に結合された第1のガラス板(1)及び第2のガラス板(2)と、
−前記第1のガラス板(1)の少なくとも内側表面(I)に設けられた、少なくとも1つの導電性の被覆(3)と、
−該導電性の被覆(3)の領域に設けられた少なくとも1つの集合導体(5)と、
−該集合導体(5)の少なくとも1つの領域に設けられた、少なくとも1つの導電性のコンタクト帯材(6)とを有しており、
該コンタクト帯材(6)は、少なくとも1つの電気的なリード線(7)に接続されており、前記コンタクト帯材(6)の少なくとも1つの領域は、前記集合導体(5)と直接に接触しており、
前記集合導体(5)と前記コンタクト帯材(6)の領域との間に、機械的な結合部は一切存在しない、
ことを特徴とする、電気的な接触接続部を備える複合ガラス板。 - 前記集合導体(5)と前記コンタクト帯材(6)の領域との間に、ろう材料又は接着剤を介した結合部は一切存在しない、請求項1記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記コンタクト帯材(6)は、導電性の箔のストリップとして形成されていて、10μm〜500μmの厚さを有しており、且つ銅、錫メッキされた銅、銀、金、アルミニウム、亜鉛、タングステン及び錫のうちの1つを含んでいる、請求項1又は2記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記コンタクト帯材(6)は、10mm〜100mmの長さLk及び2mm〜40mmの幅Bkを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記コンタクト帯材(6)の長さLkは、前記集合導体(5)の長さLsの80%〜120%である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の複合ガラス。
- 前記コンタクト帯材(6)は、前記集合導体(5)と全面的に直接に接触している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記コンタクト帯材(6)は、前記集合導体(5)よりも大きな幅を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記コンタクト帯材(6)は、電気的な接続部材(10)を介して、前記電気的なリード線(7)に接続されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記コンタクト帯材(6)は、前記集合導体(5)に接着帯材(8)によって位置固定されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記コンタクト帯材(6)と、前記第2のガラス板(2)との間に、押圧部材(9)が配置されており、該押圧部材(9)は、少なくともポリマー、金属又は合金を含んでおり且つ200μm以上の厚さを有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記集合導体(5)は、焼成されたスクリーン印刷ペーストとして形成されていて、銀粒子を含んでおり、且つ5μm〜40μmの厚さを有している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記電気的なリード線(7)は、箔導体として形成されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の複合ガラス板。
- 電気的な接触接続部を備える複合ガラス板を製造する方法であって、少なくとも、
イ)第1のガラス板(1)の表面(I)に導電性の被覆(3)を付与し、
ロ)該導電性の被覆(3)の領域に、少なくとも1つの集合導体(5)を付与し、
ハ)前記第1のガラス板(1)の表面(I)に熱可塑性の中間層(4)を配置し、該熱可塑性の中間層(4)に第2のガラス板(2)を配置し、電気的なリード線(7)に接続された、少なくとも1つの導電性のコンタクト帯材(6)を配置し、これにより該コンタクト帯材(6)の少なくとも1つの領域を、前記集合導体(5)と直接に接触させ、
ニ)前記第1のガラス板(1)を、前記熱可塑性の中間層(4)を介して前記第2のガラス板(2)に結合する、
ことを含んでおり、
前記集合導体(5)と前記コンタクト帯材(6)の領域との間に、機械的な結合部は一切存在しない、
ことを特徴とする、電気的な接触接続部を備える複合ガラス板を製造する方法。 - 前記方法ステップ ハ)において、前記コンタクト帯材(6)を前記集合導体(5)に配置し、次いで前記熱可塑性の中間層(4)を前記表面(I)に配置する、請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記方法ステップ ハ)において、前記コンタクト帯材(6)を前記熱可塑性の中間層(4)に取り付け、次いで該熱可塑性の中間層(4)を前記コンタクト帯材(6)と共に、前記表面(I)に配置する、請求項13記載の方法。
- 加熱可能なガラス板、アンテナ機能を有するガラス板、切換又は制御可能な光学特性を有するガラス板、又は太陽電池モジュールとしての、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の複合ガラス板の使用。
- 前記コンタクト帯材(6)は、15μm〜200μmの厚さを有している、請求項3記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記コンタクト帯材(6)は、20mm〜60mmの長さLk、及び、5mm〜30mmの幅Bkを有している、請求項4記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記コンタクト帯材(6)の長さLkは、前記集合導体(5)の長さLsの90%〜110%である、請求項5記載の複合ガラス。
- 前記電気的な接続部材(10)は前記コンタクト帯材(6)と一体的に形成されている、請求項8記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記集合導体(5)は、8μm〜20μmの厚さを有しており、且つ、2mm〜30mmの幅Bsを有している、請求項11記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記集合導体(5)は、2mm〜30mmの幅Bsを有している、請求項11記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記集合導体(5)は、4mm〜20mmの幅Bsを有している、請求項11記載の複合ガラス板。
- 前記電気的なリード線(7)は、ろう材料又は導電性の接着剤によって前記コンタクト帯材(6)に結合されている、請求項12記載の複合ガラス板。
