Claims (12)
- ダイヤル設定モードおよび投薬モードを実行する薬物送達デバイス(1)に使用するための投薬機構であって、
該投薬機構は、用量ボタン(40)と、ハウジング(10、13、30)と、決定ユニットとを含み、
ここで、用量ボタン(40)は、用量投薬のために使用者によって起動可能であり、ハウジング(10、13、30)に連結された表示要素(38)を第1の位置から第2の位置へ変位させ、
決定ユニットは、表示要素(38)をその第2の位置において検出し、それによって投薬機構が投薬モードになっていると決定するように適用され、
ここで、表示要素はレバーアーム(37)の先端部(38)であり、レバーアーム(37)は第1の位置から第2の位置への変位に抗して付勢される、前記投薬機構。 - 決定ユニットは、表示要素(38)をその第2の位置において、照明要素からもたらされる電磁放射を使用して検出するように適用された近接センサを含む、請求項1に記載の投薬機構。
- 投薬機構は、電磁放射を決定ユニットの近接センサから表示要素(38)へ案内する透明プリズム(90)を含む、請求項2に記載の投薬機構。
- 決定ユニットは、投薬機構がダイヤル設定モードになっているのか、それとも投薬モードになっているのかを視覚的に、かつ/または可聴で表示するように適用されるディスプレイを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の投薬機構。
- 決定ユニットは、ダイヤル設定用量および/または投薬用量を読み取るセンサ、好ましくはカメラを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の投薬機構。
- 決定ユニットは、読取りダイヤル設定用量および/または読取り投薬用量を記憶する記憶ユニットを含む、請求項5に記載の投薬機構。
- ディスプレイはさらに、読取りダイヤル設定用量および/または読取り投薬用量を視覚的に、かつ/または可聴で表示するように適用される、請求項5または6に記載の投薬機構。
- 投薬機構は、用量ボタン(40)に連結された駆動歯車(110)を含み、用量ボタン(40)を起動することが、用量ボタン(40)をハウジング(10、13、30)に対して軸方向に動かすことになり、それによって、駆動歯車(110)がハウジング(10、13、30)に対して軸方向に動いて、第1の位置から第2の位置へ表示要素(38)を変位させる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の投薬機構。
- 決定ユニットはデータ処理ユニットを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の投薬機構。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の投薬機構を含む薬物送達デバイス(1)。
- 決定ユニットは、投薬機構に解放可能に取り付けられる別個のモジュール(150、250、250’)の中に収容される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の投薬機構を含むアセンブリ。
- 決定ユニットは、薬物送達デバイス(1)に解放可能に取り付けられる別個のモジュール(150、250、250’)の中に収容される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の投薬機構が付いた薬物送達デバイス(1)を含むアセンブリ。
