Claims (12)
- 注射デバイスであって、
投薬すべき量の液体を有するカートリッジ(170)を収容するハウジング(10)と、
用量設定中にハウジング(10)に対して回転方向で拘束され、用量投薬中にハウジング(10)に対して回転可能となるようにばね駆動される駆動スリーブ(41)と、
用量設定中および用量投薬中にハウジング(10)に対して回転可能であり、用量投薬中に駆動スリーブ(41)に回転的に連結される、投薬すべき用量を設定するための用量ダイヤル部材(60)と
を含み、
ここで、駆動スリーブ(41)と用量ダイヤル部材(60)との間に配置されたリミッタ(50)を有する、カートリッジ(170)内に残留する液体の量を超過する用量の設定を防止するための最終用量保護機構(41、50、60)をさらに含み、設定用量を示すために少なくとも1つのディスプレイ部材(110、120)をさらに含み、
用量投薬中に、駆動スリーブ(41)が、用量設定中に引っ張られるねじりばね(90)に連結され、
カートリッジ(170)は、駆動スリーブ(41)および用量ダイヤル部材(60)が配置される第2の長手方向軸(II)に対して平行であり離間された第1の長手方向軸(I)上に配置される、
前記注射デバイス。 - ハウジング(10)は、第1の穴または窓(12)を有し、ディスプレイ部材は、
ハウジング(10)内に位置し、用量設定中および用量投薬中にハウジング(10)に対して回転可能である用量インジケータ(120)と、
ハウジング(10)と用量インジケータ(120)との間に配置され、ハウジング(10)内において軸方向に案内され、用量インジケータ(120)と螺合状態にあり、それにより用量インジケータ(120)の回転によってゲージ要素(110)の軸方向変位を生じる、ゲージ要素(110)とを含み、第2の穴(111)または窓が、ゲージ要素(110)中に設けられ、該第2の穴または窓は、用量インジケータ(120)の少なくとも一部が第1のおよび第2の穴または窓(12、111)を通して視認可能になるように
ハウジング(10)の第1の穴または窓(12)に対して位置する、請求項1に記載の注射デバイス。 - 用量ダイヤル部材(60)は、用量インジケータ(120)に対して恒久的に回転方向で拘束される、請求項2に記載の注射デバイス。
- 用量インジケータ(120)は、外側表面上にらせん状列で配置された一連の数字または記号を有する数字スリーブであり、ゲージ要素(110)は、第2の穴(111)または窓の遠位側に位置する遠位部分と、第2の穴(111)または窓の近位側に位置する近位部分とを有し、遠位部分および近位部分は、異なる外側表面を有する、請求項2または3に記載の注射デバイス。
- 最終用量保護機構は、駆動スリーブ(41)に対して回転方向で拘束され用量ダイヤル部材(60)と螺合状態にある、リミッタとしてのナット部材(50)を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 駆動スリーブ(41)に連結されたピストンロッド(30)をさらに含み、該ピストンロッド(30)は、用量設定中にハウジング(10)に対して回転方向で拘束され、用量投薬中に回転することが可能となる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 駆動スリーブ(41)と用量ダイヤル部材(60)との間に配置され、用量設定中に駆動スリーブ(41)および用量ダイヤル部材(60)の相対回転を可能にし、用量投薬中に用量ダイヤル部材(60)に対して駆動スリーブ(41)を回転方向で拘束するラチェットクラッチ(130)をさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 最大設定可能用量および最小設定可能用量を規定するリミッタ機構(121、122)を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 第2の長手方向軸(II)上に配置される2つの異なるディスプレイ部材(110、120)を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 用量設定前および後のデバイスの長さが同一である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 用量設定および/または用量投薬中に可聴および/または可触の第1のフィードバックを生成する少なくとも1つの第1のクリッカ(48、131;45、102)と、デバイスがその最小用量(ゼロ)位置に到達した場合の用量投薬中に第1のフィードバックとは異なる可聴および/または可触の第2のフィードバックを生成する第2のクリッカ(123)とをさらに含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- カートリッジ(170)は、薬剤を収容する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
