Claims (5)
- メディアの印刷面に平均表面粗さが15μm未満となるようにインクジェット法によって光硬化型のインクを吐出し、前記インクに光を照射して硬化させるインク配置工程と、
厚みが18μm以上の粘着層と前記粘着層を支持する基材とを有する保護フィルムの前記粘着層を前記印刷面及び前記インクの表面に接着させることにより、前記メディアと前記保護フィルムとを貼り合わせるラミネート工程と
を含む印刷物作成方法。 - 前記ラミネート工程は、前記メディア及び前記保護フィルムを40℃以上60℃以下の温度で加熱しながら行う
請求項1に記載の印刷物作成方法。 - 前記ラミネート工程は、前記メディアと前記保護フィルムとを同一方向に3.0m/分以下の搬送速度で搬送させながら貼り合わせることを含む
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の印刷物作成方法。 - 印刷面を有し、前記印刷面上に平均表面粗さが15μm未満となるように光硬化型のインクが硬化した状態で配置されたメディアと、
厚みが18μm以上の粘着層と、前記粘着層を支持する基材とを有し、前記粘着層が前記印刷面及び前記インクの表面に接着した状態で前記印刷物に貼り合わされた保護フィルムと
を備え、
前記メディアと前記保護フィルムとの間における気泡面積比率が13%未満である
印刷物。 - 前記保護フィルムは、前記基材の厚さが50μm以上である
請求項4に記載の印刷物。
