Claims (10)
- 射出成形パラメータ(P1)に基づいて、製品を射出および形成するのに適した射出成形機(110)と、
前記製品の形状、サイズ、真直度または階調分布を検査して、検査データ(D)を生成するのに適した自動検査装置(120)と、
前記検査データ(D)および予め保存された欠陥情報(I1、I2)に基づいて、校正パラメータ(P2)を生成するのに適した欠陥修正モジュール(130)と、
を含み、前記射出生成機(110)が、前記射出成形パラメータ(P1)および前記校正パラメータ(P2)に基づいて、別の製品を射出および形成するのに適した射出成形システム(100)。 - 前記欠陥修正モジュール(130)が、データベース(132)を有し、前記データベース(132)が、複数の欠陥サンプル情報(I1)および複数の欠陥修正情報(I2)を含み、前記欠陥サンプル情報(I1)のうちの1つが、前記検査データ(D)に対応し、前記欠陥修正情報(I2)のうちの1つが、前記欠陥サンプル情報(I1)のうちの前記1つに対応し、前記欠陥修正モジュール(130)が、前記欠陥修正情報(I2)のうちの前記1つに基づいて、前記校正パラメータ(P2)を生成するのに適した請求項1に記載の射出成形システム(100)。
- 合理化パラメータモジュール(140)をさらに含み、前記合理化パラメータモジュール(140)が、製品情報に基づいて、前記射出成形パラメータ(P1)を生成するのに適した請求項1または2に記載の射出成形システム(100)。
- 判断ユニット(150)をさらに含み、前記判断ユニット(150)が、前記検査データ(D)に基づいて、前記製品が欠陥品であるかどうかを判断し、判断結果を生成するのに適し、前記欠陥修正モジュール(130)が、前記判断結果に基づいて、前記校正パラメータ(P2)を生成する、あるいは前記校正パラメータ(P2)を生成しないのに適した請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形システム(100)。
- 前記自動検査装置(120)が、自動光学検査装置または自動重量検査装置である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形システム(100)。
- 射出成形パラメータ(P1)に基づいて、射出成形機(110)により製品を射出および形成するステップと、
自動検査装置(120)により前記製品の形状、サイズ、真直度または階調分布を検査して、検査データ(D)を生成するステップと、
前記検査データ(D)および予め保存された欠陥情報(I1、I2)に基づいて、欠陥修正モジュール(130)により校正パラメータ(P2)を生成するステップと、
前記射出成形パラメータ(P1)および前記校正パラメータ(P2)に基づいて、前記射出成形機(110)により別の製品を射出および形成するステップと、
を含む射出成形方法。 - 前記欠陥修正モジュール(130)が、データベース(132)を有し、前記データベース(132)が、複数の欠陥サンプル情報(I1)および複数の欠陥修正情報(I2)を含み、前記欠陥サンプル情報(I1)のうちの1つが、前記検査データ(D)に対応し、前記欠陥修正情報(I2)のうちの1つが、前記欠陥サンプル情報(I1)のうちの前記1つに対応し、前記校正パラメータ(P2)を生成する前記ステップが、
前記欠陥修正情報(I2)のうちの前記1つに基づいて、前記欠陥修正モジュール(130)により前記校正パラメータ(P2)を生成するステップを含む請求項6に記載の射出成形方法。 - 製品情報に基づいて、合理化パラメータモジュール(140)により前記射出成形パラメータ(P1)を生成するステップをさらに含む請求項6または7に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記検査データ(D)に基づいて、判断ユニット(150)により前記製品が欠陥品であるかどうかを判断し、判断結果を生成するステップと、
前記判断結果に基づいて、前記欠陥修正モジュール(130)により前記校正パラメータ(P2)を生成する、あるいは前記校正パラメータ(P2)を生成しないステップと、をさらに含む請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形方法。 - 前記製品を検査する前記ステップが、
前記自動検査装置(120)により前記製品に対して自動光学検査または自動重量検査を実行するステップを含む請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形方法。
