Claims (14)
- 車体(C)への接続、特に接地接続を提供するコンタクトスタッド(1)であって、保護要素(2)と、挿入方向(5)に沿って端子(20)内へ挿入されるように構成された接続セクション(3)と、車体(C)上に取り付けられるように構成された基礎セクション(6)とを備え、前記接続セクション(3)の第1のセクション(11)は、コーティング(7)によって被覆されないように、前記保護要素(2)によって保護され、前記第1のセクション(11)以外の前記接続セクション(3)は、絶縁体で被覆される、コンタクトスタッド(1)。
- 前記保護要素(2)は移動可能である、請求項1に記載のコンタクトスタッド(1)。
- 前記第1のセクション(11)は、前記コンタクトスタッド(1)のうち、前記挿入方向(5)に沿って一定の断面を有する部分(8)上に位置し、前記保護要素(2)は、前記部分(8)の前記断面に適合されたリング(9)であり、前記リング(9)は、前記部分(8)に沿って可動である、請求項1または2に記載のコンタクトスタッド(1)。
- 前記コンタクトスタッド(1)は、前記挿入方向(5)に直交して突出する突出部(10)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトスタッド(1)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトスタッド(1)を挿入方向(5)に受容するように構成された特に自動車技術向けの端子(20)であって、前記挿入方向(5)に開いている開口(31)を有するレセプタクル(22)と、前記レセプタクル(22)内のコンタクトばね(24)とを備え、前記コンタクトばね(24)は、前記レセプタクル(22)内へ内向きに突出するコンタクト面(21)を備える、端子(20)。
- 前記端子(20)は、2つ以上のコンタクト面(21)を備え、前記コンタクト面(21)は、前記挿入方向(5)の周りで円筒形に位置する、請求項5に記載の端子(20)。
- 前記端子(20)は、前記レセプタクル(22)内へ突出する突出(10)要素(25)を備え、前記突出(10)要素(25)は、前記開口(31)と前記コンタクトばね(24)との間に位置する、請求項5または6に記載の端子(20)。
- 前記端子(20)は、前記第1の開口(31)とは反対側に第2の開口(32)を備え、前記第2の開口(32)は、前記レセプタクル(22)内の前記コンタクトスタッド(1)の存在を検出するように構成される、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の端子(20)。
- 特に自動車技術向けのコンタクトアセンブリ(40)であって、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトスタッド(1)と、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の端子(20)とを備えるコンタクトアセンブリ(40)。
- 前記コンタクトスタッド(1)の前記第1のセクション(11)および前記端子(20)の前記コンタクト面(21)は、完全な嵌合位置で前記挿入方向(5)に沿って同じ高さである、請求項9に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ(40)。
- 前記コンタクトアセンブリ(40)は、少なくとも完全な嵌合位置(F)で前記コンタクトスタッド(1)を前記端子(20)にロックするロック部材(41)を備える、請求項9または10に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ(40)。
- 前記ロック部材(41)は、前記完全な嵌合位置(F)で、中間位置の場合ほど圧縮されない、請求項11に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ(40)。
- 前記ロック部材(41)は、前記端子(20)の封止リング(27)である、請求項11または12に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ(40)。
- 前記コンタクトスタッド(1)および前記端子(20)は、互いに回転可能である、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ(40)。
