Description
(磁石粉末)
本発明において用いる磁石粉末の磁性材料の種類は、特に限定されないが、例えば、Nd−Fe−B系磁石粉末、Sm−Co系磁石粉末、Sm−Fe−N系磁石粉末、フェライト系磁石粉末又はこれらの混合物などから適宜選択する。
また、ボンド磁石用のコンパウンドには、必要に応じて酸化防止剤、重金属不活性化剤、可塑剤、変性剤等の添加剤を含んでもよい。
予め耐候性被膜の施された磁石粉末と、磁石粉末最表層と縮合反応可能な滑剤とを混合し、後に熱可塑性樹脂を加え、高温に加熱した混練押出機、ニーダー等に投入し、混練する。混練物をペレタイザ等でペレット状に加工することで、ボンド磁石用コンパウンドのペレットを作製する。
図2は、本発明の実施の形態1における電動機要素14の回転軸の中心軸を含む平面を断面とする断面図であり、電動機要素14を含む電動機100の構成を示している。なお、図2、図5A、図5B、図5C、図5D、図6の各図面において示す白抜きの太字の矢印は、ボンド磁石部から生じた磁束を模式的に示すものである。また、同図面における一点鎖線は、回転子の回転軸の中心を示す中心線である。
図5Aは、本発明の第2の実施例における、回転子2の部分断面図である。なお、実施例1の構成と同様の構成を有するものについては、同一符号を付しその説明を省略する。
図5Bは、本発明の第3の実施例における、回転子2の部分断面図である。なお、実施例1の構成と同様の構成を有するものについては、同一符号を付しその説明を省略する。
図5Cは、本発明の第4の実施例における、回転子2の部分断面図である。なお、実施例1の構成と同様の構成を有するものについては、同一符号を付しその説明を省略する。
図5Dは、本発明の第5の実施例における、回転子2の部分断面図である。なお、実施例1の構成と同様の構成を有するものについては、同一符号を付しその説明を省略する。
次に、本発明にかかる電動機を搭載した装置である電気機器の例として、空気清浄機の構成を実施の形態2として、詳細に説明する。図6において、空気清浄機340の筐体341内には、電動機343が搭載されている。その電動機343の回転軸には、空気循環用のファン342が取り付けられている。電動機343は、電動機駆動装置344によって駆動される。

Claims (19)
- 少なくとも固定子と回転子とを含む電動機要素であり、前記回転子は磁気的突極性を有する構成を含み、前記磁気的突極性を有する構成には、前記固定子からの回転磁界によって発生する回転トルクの成分のうちのマグネットトルクを発生させるための複数のd軸磁束通路と、前記回転トルクの成分のうちのリラクタンストルクを発生させるための複数のq軸磁束通路とを含み、前記d軸磁束通路各々の少なくとも一部分にボンド磁石部を含み且つ前記q軸磁束通路各々の少なくとも一部分に前記ボンド磁石部と接する隣接部を含み、更に前記ボンド磁石部の構成要素には、磁石粉末と樹脂材料とを含み、且つ前記ボンド磁石部と前記ボンド磁石部の周囲部分とが互いに密接する密接箇所を含む電動機要素において、
前記固定子の磁心の回転軸方向の長さ寸法よりも、前記回転子の磁心の回転軸方向の長さ寸法の方が大きい値であり、且つ、
前記ボンド磁石部の形状は、前記固定子の磁心に対向する側の面において、前記回転子の回転軸方向の端部の箇所が、前記回転子の軸方向の両端部との間の箇所よりも前記固定子 に近接し、前記回転子の回転軸方向の前記端部の箇所は、回転軸の方向の前記固定子の中 央部に向かって傾斜する様態を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記ボンド磁石部の回転軸方向の断面形状の様態は、前記ボンド磁石部の回転軸の方向の両端面間の中央部が、前記回転子の回転軸の方向へ近接するV字状の様態を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記ボンド磁石部の回転軸方向の断面形状の様態は、前記ボンド磁石部の回転軸の方向の両端面間の中央部が、前記回転子の回転軸の方向へ近接する円弧状の様態を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記ボンド磁石部の回転軸方向の断面形状の様態は、前記ボンド磁石部の回転軸の方向の両端面間の中央部が、前記回転子の回転軸の方向へ近接する台形形状の短辺部側の形状の様態を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記回転子の前記ボンド磁石部の構成にスキューの構成を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記ボンド磁石部の構成要素の樹脂材料には、熱可塑性樹脂と熱硬化性樹脂とのいずれかを含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記ボンド磁石部の構成要素の磁石粉末には、希土類系磁石粉末を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記ボンド磁石部の構成要素の磁石粉末には、Nd−Fe−B系磁石粉末を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記ボンド磁石部と密接する密接箇所の構成要素には、強磁性体、常磁性体又は反磁性体のうち、いずれか一種を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記ボンド磁石部と密接する密接箇所の構成要素には、少なくとも電磁鋼板の積層体を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記固定子の構成要素及び回転子の構成要素に電磁鋼板を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記固定子の磁心の構成要素には、複数のセグメントコアを含む円環状の連結体の構成を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記固定子の固定子巻線の様態には、集中巻の巻線の様態を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記固定子の固定子巻線の様態には、分布巻の巻線の様態を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記固定子の固定子巻線の様態には、波巻の巻線の様態を含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記固定子の固定子巻線には絶縁電線を含み、前記絶縁電線の芯線の材質には、不可避不純物と、銅、銅合金、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金のいずれかを含む電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素において、前記ボンド磁石に含まれる磁石粉末の含有量の範囲は、93重量%から97重量%である電動機要素。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素を含む電動機。
- 請求項1記載の電動機要素を含む電動機を備えた装置。
