Claims (6)
- エレクトロスプレーイオン化法により液体を噴霧するエレクトロスプレー用の塗布ノズルであって、
本体部と、
前記本体部に固定された電極部と、
前記電極部が挿通されるものであって、当該電極部との間に液体流路を形成する筒状部と、
を備え、
前記筒状部は、前記電極部の先端よりも後側において、前記電極部の軸方向に沿って移動可能に構成されており、
対向電極と前記電極部との距離を変動させることなく、前記筒状部の先端からの前記電極部の突出長さを調整可能である塗布ノズル。 - 前記電極部は、前記液体流路に液体を供給する液体供給流路を備えている請求項1に記載の塗布ノズル。
- 前記筒状部の内部において前記電極部を前記筒状部と同軸状に支持する支持部を備える請求項1または2に記載の塗布ノズル。
- 使用者によって把持される把持部および前記本体部を保護する保護部として機能する付属部材を備える請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の塗布ノズル。
- 前記電極部は、
電極本体部と、
前記電極本体部を保持する電極保持部と、
を備える請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の塗布ノズル。 - 前記電極部の先端部は、半楕円形状である請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の塗布ノズル。
