Claims (4)
- コロナ放電によりイオン化された空気を案内するイオナイザー用ノズルであって、
基端部にイオン化空気流入口を有するとともに、径方向に開口される内側噴出孔が形成される内側パイプと、
当該内側パイプの外側に固定され、前記内側噴出孔に連通する外側噴出孔が形成された外側パイプとを有し、
前記内側パイプと前記外側パイプとの合計の厚み寸法を前記内側噴出孔の内径よりも大きくし、前記内側噴出孔から噴出したイオン化空気を前記外側噴出孔が前記内側パイプ内の流れに対して直角に案内することを特徴とするイオナイザー用ノズル。 - 請求項1記載のイオナイザー用ノズルにおいて、前記内側噴出孔と前記外側噴出孔とをほぼ同一内径とすることを特徴とするイオナイザー用ノズル。
- 請求項1記載のイオナイザー用ノズルにおいて、前記外側噴出孔の内径を前記内側噴出孔の内径よりも大きくするとともに前記外側噴出孔と前記内側噴出孔とのノズル先端側の内周面をほぼ一致させることを特徴とするイオナイザー用ノズル。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のイオナイザー用ノズルにおいて、前記内側パイプを金属製とし、前記外側パイプを樹脂製とするとともに前記外側パイプと前記内側パイプとの組み付け時に前記内側パイプが入り込むスリットを前記外側パイプに形成することを特徴とするイオナイザー用ノズル。
