Abstract
【解決手段】
このイオナイザー用ノズルは、コロナ放電により空気通路内を流れてイオン化された空気を案内するために使用され、基端部にイオン化空気流入口を有し先端に閉塞プラグ30が取り付けられた内側パイプ26と、その外側に嵌合して固定される外側パイプ31とを有している。内側パイプ26には径方向に開口される内側噴出孔が所定のピッチで一直線上に形成され、外側パイプ31には内側噴出孔に連通する外側噴出孔33が内側噴出孔に対応して形成されている。内側噴出孔から噴出したイオン化空気は、外側噴出孔33により案内されて内側パイプ26内の流れに対して直角となって外部に噴出される。

Claims (5)
- コロナ放電によりイオン化された空気を案内するイオナイザー用ノズルであって、
基端部にイオン化空気流入口を有するとともに、径方向に開口される内側噴出孔が形成される内側パイプと、
当該内側パイプの外側に固定され、前記内側噴出孔に連通する外側噴出孔が形成された外側パイプとを有し、
前記内側噴出孔から噴出したイオン化空気を前記外側噴出孔が前記内側パイプ内の流れに対して直角に案内することを特徴とするイオナイザー用ノズル。 - 請求項1記載のイオナイザー用ノズルにおいて、前記内側パイプと前記外側パイプとの合計の厚み寸法を前記内側噴出孔の内径よりも大きくすることを特徴とするイオナイザー用ノズル。
- 請求項1または2記載のイオナイザー用ノズルにおいて、前記内側噴出孔と前記外側噴出孔とをほぼ同一内径とすることを特徴とするイオナイザー用ノズル。
- 請求項1または2記載のイオナイザー用ノズルにおいて、前記外側噴出孔の内径を前記内側噴出孔の内径よりも大きくするとともに前記外側噴出孔と前記内側噴出孔とのノズル先端側の内周面をほぼ一致させることを特徴とするイオナイザー用ノズル。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のイオナイザー用ノズルにおいて、前記内側パイプを金属製とし、前記外側パイプを樹脂製とするとともに前記外側パイプと前記内側パイプとの組み付け時に前記内側パイプが入り込むスリットを前記外側パイプに形成することを特徴とするイオナイザー用ノズル。
