Description
この内巻工程にあっては、回転手段25により内巻芯36を回転させて線材操出部材31から繰出される線材16を内巻芯36の周囲に巻回させて内コイル13を作製する。このため、先ず、線材16を線材操出部材31から繰出させる。
この工程では、内コイル13とともに内巻芯36を外巻芯37により包囲する。外巻芯37を移動可能に構成した上記巻線装置20を用いるこの実施の形態では、移動手段55における流体圧シリンダ57から出没ロッド57aを突出させて、外巻芯37を図2に示す待機位置から下方に移動させて、図5に示すように、内コイル13を包囲する包囲位置にまで移動させる。そして、その外巻駒37aにより内コイル13のコイルエンド部13bを覆う。
この工程にあっては、内巻芯36とともに外巻芯37を回転させて線材操出部材31から繰出される線材16を外巻芯37の周囲に巻回させて外コイル14を作製する。

Claims (6)
- 回転手段(25)により回転する巻芯に線材(16)を巻取る巻線装置において、
前記巻芯が、前記回転手段(25)により回転する内巻芯(36)と、前記内巻芯(36)を包囲して前記内巻芯(36)とともに回転する外巻芯(37)を有し、
前記回転手段(25)が、駆動手段(26)により回転する回転板(27)と、前記回転板(27)に回転中心を挟むように立設された一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)とを備え、
前記内巻芯(36)が、前記一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)の先端の回転半径外側にそれぞれ取付けられた内巻駒(36a)を有し、
前記外巻芯(37)が、前記一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)にそれぞれ設けられ前記内巻駒(36a)を所定の隙間を空けて覆う外巻駒(37a)を有する
ことを特徴とする巻線装置。 - 外巻駒(37a)が一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)にそれぞれ移動可能に設けられ、
内巻駒(36a)を覆う巻位置と内巻駒(36a)から回転板(27)の回転軸方向にずれた待機位置との間で前記外巻駒(37a)をそれぞれ往復移動させる巻芯移動手段(55)を備えた
請求項1記載の巻線装置。 - 一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)のいずれか一方又は双方が回転板(27)の回転中心を通過する直線上に移動可能に立設され、
前記一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)の間隔を所定の値に保つ保持手段(43)を備えた
請求項1又は2記載の巻線装置。 - 回転板(27)と同軸であってかつ前記回転板(27)とともに回転可能に設けられ線材(16)の端部を把持する線材クリップ(74)が設けられた回転テーブル(73)と、
前記回転テーブル(73)が一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)の端部に当接又は接近する近接位置と、前記一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)の端部から離間した離間位置との間で前記回転テーブル(73)を移動させるテーブル移動手段(71)と
を備えた請求項1ないし3いずれか1項に記載の巻線装置。 - 回転手段(25)により内巻芯(36)を回転させて線材操出部材(31)から繰出される線材(16)を前記内巻芯(36)の周囲に巻回させて内コイル(13)を作製する内巻工程と、
前記内コイル(13)とともに前記内巻芯(36)を外巻芯(37)により包囲する包囲工程と、
前記内巻芯(36)とともに前記外巻芯(37)を回転させて前記線材操出部材(31)から繰出される線材(16)を前記外巻芯(37)の周囲に巻回させて外コイル(14)を作製する外巻工程と
を含む巻線方法において、
回転中心を挟んで離間する一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)を有する回転手段(25)と、前記一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)のそれぞれの先端の回転半径外側にそれぞれ取付けられた内巻駒(36a)を有する内巻芯(36)と、前記内巻駒(36a)を所定の隙間を空けて覆うように前記一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)にそれぞれ設けられた外巻駒(37a)を有する外巻芯(37)を用い、
前記内巻工程において、前記内巻駒(36a)に掛け回される線材(16)から成るコイルエンド部(13b)と、前記一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)との間に掛け渡される線材(16)から成るコイル辺部(13a)を有するトラック状の内コイル(13)を作製し、
前記包囲工程において、前記内コイル(13)の前記コイルエンド部(13b)を覆うように外巻駒(36a)を設け、
前記外巻工程において、前記外巻駒(37a)に掛け回される線材(16)から成るコイルエンド部(14b)と、前記一対の掛け回し柱(28,29)との間に掛け渡される線材(16)から成るコイル辺部を(14a)有するトラック状の外コイル(14)を作製する
ことを特徴とする巻線方法。 - 内巻工程において外巻芯(37)を内巻芯(36)から回転軸方向にずれた待機位置に位置させ、包囲工程において前記外巻芯(37)を待機位置から移動させて内コイル(13)を包囲する包囲位置にまで移動させる請求項5記載の巻線方法。
