Claims (1)
- 溶媒を少なくとも活物質および結着材と混合することにより形成された湿潤造粒物を,ロール対の間隙に通すことでシート状に成形しつつ集電箔上に付着させることで集電箔上に電極合剤層を形成する湿潤粉体成膜方法において,
前記湿潤造粒物を,
前記溶媒として,粘度が,1000mPa・s以上,5000mPa・s以下の範囲内のものを用い,
前記活物質として,前記溶媒に対する接触角が,10°以上,80°以下の範囲内のものを用い,
全体の重量に占める固形分の重量の割合を,65%以上,90%以下の範囲内として形成することを特徴とする湿潤粉体成膜方法。
