Claims (14)
- 一側が基板の信号電極と接触して前記信号電極と電気的に接続される信号部と、
一側が基板のグラウンド電極と接触して前記グラウンド電極と電気的に接続され、内側に中空が形成されるグラウンド部と、
前記信号部と前記グラウンド部とが挿入されるようにハウジング挿入ホールが形成され、前記グラウンド部と接触する部分の少なくとも一部は金属で形成されるハウジング部と、
前記ハウジング挿入ホールに挿入され、前記信号部が前記グラウンド部と前記ハウジング部から離隔されるように、前記信号部と前記ハウジング部の間に位置する誘電体部と、
を備え、
前記グラウンド部は、
前記ハウジング挿入ホールに挿入されるグラウンド挿入部と、
前記グラウンド挿入部から上部に延長され、弾性力を有するように周囲に沿ってスリットが少なくとも3以上形成されるグラウンド弾性部と、
前記グラウンド弾性部から延長され、基板のグラウンド電極と接触するグラウンド接触部と、をさらに含んでいる
基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記グラウンド接触部から折り曲げられて、前記グラウンド接触部の延長方向と逆方向に延びる弾性湾曲部をさらに含んでいる
請求項1に記載の基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記弾性湾曲部から折り曲げられて前記弾性湾曲部の延長方向と逆方向に延びる弾性制限部をさらに含んでいる
請求項2に記載の基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記グラウンド弾性部は、
前記グラウンド挿入部から折り曲げられて延長される第1弾性部と、
前記第1弾性部から上部に折り曲げられて延長される第2弾性部と、を含んでいる
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記第1弾性部の延長方向は、前記グラウンド挿入部の延長方向に垂直である
請求項4に記載の基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記グラウンド挿入部と前記第1弾性部との間に前記第1弾性部の延長方向を前記グラウンド挿入部の外側方向から内側方向に切り替えるグラウンド切替部をさらに含んでいる
請求項4または5に記載の基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記第1弾性部と前記第2弾性部とは、前記グラウンド挿入部の内側に延長される
請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記グラウンド挿入部の周囲面に内側に突出して形成される挿入突出部をさらに含んでいる
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記信号部は、
内部に一側が開放されたボディ挿入ホールが形成される信号ボディ部と、
内部に他側が開放されたコンタクト挿入ホールが形成される信号コンタクト部と、
前記ボディ挿入ホールの他側と前記コンタクト挿入ホールの一側との間に挿入される信号スプリングと、を含み、
前記ボディ挿入ホールには、前記信号コンタクト部の他側の一部が挿入され、
前記信号スプリングが圧縮された状態で前記信号ボディ部の内側に前記信号コンタクト部の外側が接触して前記信号ボディ部と前記信号コンタクト部とが電気的に接続される
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記信号コンタクト部の他端の外壁から突出して形成されるコンタクト突出部と、
前記信号コンタクト部の他端から一側に長く形成され、前記信号コンタクト部の周囲に沿って少なくとも3以上形成されるコンタクトスリットと、をさらに含んでいる
請求項9に記載の基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記信号ボディ部の内壁から突出して形成されるボディ突出部と、
前記信号スプリングが圧縮され復元されるとき、前記ボディ突出部が挿入されて前記信号コンタクト部の上下移動がガイドされるように、前記信号コンタクト部の周囲に沿って環状に形成されるコンタクトホームと、をさらに含んでいる
請求項9または10に記載の基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記ハウジング部から前記ハウジング挿入ホールの内側に突出して形成される突出顎と、
前記誘電体部の下部の直径が減少されて前記突出顎と対応する形状に形成されるひっかける部と、をさらに含んでいる
請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記グラウンド部と前記ハウジング挿入ホールとの間に位置されているカバー部をさらに含んでいる
請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の基板メイティンコネクタ。 - 前記グラウンド挿入部の下段に外側に折り曲げられて前記カバー部の下端が挿入されるカバーはめこみ部をさらに含んでいる
