Claims (4)
- 複数の絶縁体層が積層されることにより形成された素体と、
前記素体の外表面に配置された入力端子及び出力端子と、を備え、
前記素体内には、
前記入力端子と前記出力端子との間に接続された主線路と、
前記主線路と電磁結合する第1副線路及び第2副線路と、
複数の前記絶縁体層の積層方向において前記主線路、前記第1副線路及び前記第2副線路を間に挟む位置に対向して配置された一対のグランド層と、
前記第1副線路と前記第2副線路との間に接続されると共に、前記積層方向において一方の前記グランド層を前記第1副線路及び前記第2副線路との間に挟む位置に設けられた位相調整回路と、
前記第1副線路及び前記第2副線路と前記位相調整回路とを接続する接続線路と、が設けられており、
前記接続線路は、前記積層方向から見て、一方の前記グランド層及び当該グランド層と同電位の導体の少なくも一方により囲まれている、方向性結合器。 - 前記導体は、前記積層方向において複数配置されている、請求項1に記載の方向性結合器。
- 一方の前記グランド層には、切欠部が設けられており、
前記接続線路は、前記切欠部により画成される領域に設けられると共に、前記積層方向から見て、前記グランド層及び前記導体により囲まれている、請求項1又は2に記載の方向性結合器。 - 前記接続線路は、前記第1副線路と前記位相調整回路とを接続する第1線路と、前記第2副線路と前記位相調整回路とを接続する第2線路と、を有し、
前記第1線路及び前記第2線路は、一方の前記グランド層及び当該グランド層と同電位の導体の少なくも一方により囲まれている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方向性結合器。
