Description
Claims (8)
- 燃料噴射システムに設けられた燃料高圧ポンプ(14)用の高圧接続部(10)であって、
第1の方向に開く流出弁エレメント(36)を備えた流出弁(26)と、
前記第1の方向とは逆向きの第2の方向に開く圧力制限弁エレメント(56)を備えた圧力制限弁(28)と、
前記流出弁エレメント(36)のために第1のシール座(32)を提供し、前記圧力制限弁エレメント(56)のために第2のシール座(34)を提供する、1つの共通の弁プレート(30)と、
前記流出弁エレメント(36)をその開放運動時にガイドするためのガイドスリーブ(42)と、
を有しており、該ガイドスリーブ(42)は、当該高圧接続部(10)のボディ内に圧入されて取り付けられていて、前記流出弁エレメント(36)の開放運動を制限するための軸方向ストッパ(48)と、前記流出弁エレメント(36)をその開放運動時にガイドするための半径方向ガイド(46)とを有しており、前記ガイドスリーブ(42)は、前記ボディよりも硬い材料から形成されており、
前記弁プレート(30)は、前記ボディ内に圧入されて、かしめられて取り付けられており、前記弁プレート(30)は、プレス力およびかしめ力を散逸させるために、前記第2のシール座(34)の領域に、環状の負荷軽減溝(76)を有していることを特徴とする、燃料高圧ポンプ(14)用の高圧接続部(10)。 - 前記流出弁(26)は、前記流出弁エレメント(36)を閉鎖位置へ戻すための戻しばね(52)を有しており、前記ガイドスリーブ(42)は、前記戻しばね(52)を保持し、かつガイドするためのばね収容領域(54)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の高圧接続部(10)。
- 前記流出弁エレメント(36)はプレート状の弁エレメントとして形成されていて、平坦なシール面(38)を有しており、前記弁プレート(30)は、平坦で環状の少なくとも2つのシール面(74)を有しており、該シール面(74)は、前記流出弁エレメント(36)の前記平坦なシール面(38)と協働して、前記流出弁(26)を閉じるようになっており、2つの環状の前記シール面(74)の間に、全周にわたって延びる環状通路(72)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の高圧接続部(10)。
- 前記弁プレート(30)が複数の通流開口(68)を有しており、該通流開口(68)は前記弁プレート(30)に均一に環状に分配配置されていて、全周にわたって延びる前記環状通路(72)に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の高圧接続部(10)。
- 前記ボディ内に、前記圧力制限弁エレメント(56)を閉鎖位置に戻すための戻しばね(58)用のばね支持体(62)が圧入されており、該ばね支持体(62)は、前記ボディよりも硬い材料から形成されていて、軸方向で、前記ボディの一方の端領域(18)を超えて突出していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の高圧接続部(10)。
- 前記流出弁エレメント(36)と、前記圧力制限弁エレメント(56)と、前記弁プレート(30)に設けられた第1の通過開口(64)と、前記流出弁エレメント(36)に設けられた第2の通過開口(66)とが、同軸的に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の高圧接続部(10)。
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射システムで燃料に高圧を付与するための燃料高圧ポンプ(14)であって、該燃料高圧ポンプ(14)は、ポンプハウジング(12)を有しており、該ポンプハウジング(12)内で燃料に高圧が付与され、さらに前記燃料高圧ポンプ(14)は、ハウジング凹部(16)内に配置されて前記ポンプハウジング(12)に溶接固定された、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の高圧接続部(10)を有しており、軸方向で前記ボディの端領域(18)を超えて突出したばね支持体(62)が、隙間嵌めによって、特に0.03〜0.07mmの遊びをもって、前記ハウジング凹部(16)内に配置されている、燃料高圧ポンプ(14)。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(12)の前記ハウジング凹部(16)に段部(22)が形成されており、前記ボディの前記端領域(18)は、旋削加工部(20)を有しており、前記段部(22)と、前記旋削加工部(20)とが、互いに協働して自由空間(24)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項7記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(14)。
