Description
Claims (13)
- 環境における照明に用いられる出力光を生成するよう構成される発光装置であって、前記出力光は、6500K乃至8000Kの範囲内の相関色温度又は2500K乃至4500Kの範囲内の相関色温度を備え、
440nm乃至460nmの第1の波長範囲内に発光ピークを持つ光を発するよう構成される少なくとも1つの青色発光素子、
400nm乃至440nmの第2の波長範囲内に発光ピークを持つ光を発するよう構成される少なくとも1つの深青色発光素子、
前記深青色発光素子により発せられる光を受けるよう構成される少なくとも1つの狭帯域波長変換材料であって、50nm未満の半値全幅を持つ光を発するよう構成される狭帯域波長変換材料、及び
前記青色発光素子及び前記深青色発光素子のうちの少なくとも1つにより発せられる光を受けるよう構成される少なくとも1つの広帯域波長変換材料であって、50nm以上の半値全幅を持つ光を発するよう構成される広帯域波長変換材料、
を有する、発光装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域波長変換材料は、赤色波長範囲内に発光ピークを持つ光を発するよう構成される狭帯域赤色蛍光体である、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域波長変換材料は、緑色波長範囲内に発光ピークを持つ光を発するよう構成される狭帯域緑色蛍光体である、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの広帯域波長変換材料は、緑色又は黄色波長範囲内に発光ピークを持つ光を発するよう構成される広帯域緑色又は黄色蛍光体である、請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの広帯域波長変換材料は、赤色波長範囲内に発光ピークを持つ光を発するよう構成される広帯域赤色蛍光体である、請求項3に記載の発光装置。
- 前記狭帯域赤色蛍光体は、ドーパントとして元素Mg、O、Ge及び任意にMnを有する、請求項2に記載の発光装置。
- 前記狭帯域緑色蛍光体は、元素Si、Al、O及びNを有する、請求項3に記載の発光装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの深青色発光素子により発せられる光の少なくとも一部は、全出力光の一部を形成する、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域波長変換材料の少なくとも一部は、前記少なくとも1つの深青色発光素子上に設けられる、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記広帯域波長変換材料の少なくとも一部は、前記少なくとも1つの青色発光素子及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの深青色発光素子上に設けられる、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記狭帯域波長変換材料及び前記広帯域波長変換材料のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記少なくとも1つの深青色発光素子から離れて配置される、請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の発光装置を複数有する照明装置であって、前記複数の発光装置は、当該照明装置の長手方向に沿って連続的に配置され、各発光装置は、前記深青色発光素子、前記青色発光素子、前記狭帯域波長変換材料及び前記広帯域波長変換材料を有する、照明装置。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の発光装置を少なくとも1つ有するスポットライト。
