Description
30nmより小さい半値全幅の、人間の目に見えない第1の発光と、430nmから700nmまでの範囲で最大の発光を有する白色光として、人間の目に見える第2の発光ピークと、を有する、照明器具も提供する。
-人間がいるときに、人間の目に見えない白色発光の背景において、抗菌の及びオプションの殺菌の低い強度の発光を有する白色光照明を供給するように、光源が調整される。
-人間がいない状況において、白色光照明は消され、一方、抗菌の及びオプションの殺菌の発光を最大にする。

Claims (14)
- 発光構造を用いて照明及び消毒を提供する方法であって、
該発光構造は、
発光領域として構成された空洞を備える基板と、
前記空洞の中に取り付けられ、405nmの第1の波長でピークを示す第1の放射を放射するように構成された第1の発光半導体源であって、第1の放射は殺菌、又は、抗菌特性を有する、第1の発光半導体源と、
前記空洞の中に取り付けられ、470nmの第2の波長でピークを示す第2の放射を放射するように構成された第2の発光半導体源と、
前記第1の発光半導体源及び前記第2の発光半導体源の頂部の上に形成される波長変換材料層であって、前記波長変換材料層は白色光を発生するように構成される、波長変換材料層と、を備え、
前記発光構造からの発光スペクトルは、前記第1の放射、前記第2の放射、及び前記白色光の総和を含み、前記発光スペクトルは、前記第1の波長においてピークを有し、かつ、前記第2の波長においてピークを有し、前記発光スペクトルは、450nmにおいて発光ピークを有さず、
前記方法は、
表面又は物体が消毒を必要とすることを決定するステップと、
前記発光構造を用いて、前記表面又は前記物体に前記発光スペクトルを提供し、露出した表面又は物体を照明し消毒するステップと、を有し、
人間がいない前記第2の放射を消すことができる間に、前記第1の放射のみを用い、人間がいる前記第2の放射を維持する間に、前記第1の放射の強度を低くする、方法。 - 前記波長変換材料層は、前記第1の放射の少なくとも10%が前記波長変換材料層を透過することを可能にするように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記波長変換材料層は、前記第1の放射により白くされるように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の放射のピークが、30nmより下の半値全幅を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記発光構造は、前記第1の発光半導体源及び前記第2の発光半導体源を電気制御インターフェースに接続するための電気回路層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電気回路層は、前記基板の頂部に形成される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記電気制御インターフェースは、3つのワイヤを備える、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の発光半導体源及び前記第2の発光半導体源のそれぞれは、前記電気制御インターフェースにおいて独立に制御される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記発光スペクトルの可視部分の演色評価数(CRI)は70を超え、色温度は2000Kと8000Kとの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも5%の光出力が365nmと430nmとの間で発光される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記波長変換材料層を通る前記第1の放射の透過率は17mWから24mWの間であり、一方、全光出力は116mWから126mWの間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の発光半導体源が、GaN半導体チップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記発光スペクトルは、470nmから750nmの波長範囲の白色光のピークを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記白色光のピークは、少なくとも50nmの半値全幅を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
