Claims (4)
- 制振対象と前記制振対象に制御力を与えて前記制振対象の振動を抑制するアクチュエータとを備えたプラントに対して入力される制御入力に対して前記制振対象の加速度を検知する加速度センサと、
前記制御入力と前記加速度の微分値とを乗じて得た健全性指標に基づいて制御健全性を判断する判断部とを備えた
ことを特徴とする制御健全性判断装置。 - 前記判断部は、前記健全性指標と閾値とを比較して前記制御健全性を判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御健全性判断装置。 - 前記判断部は、所定のサンプリング時間内において前記健全性指標が前記閾値以上となる回数をカウントし、カウント数がカウント閾値以上となると前記制御健全性が不健全であると判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制御健全性判断装置。 - 前記プラントの共振周波数帯の信号を抽出するバンドバスフィルタを備え、
前記センサの出力を前記バンドパスフィルタで処理する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の制御健全性判断装置。
