Description
Claims (10)
- インバータシステムを制御するためのインバータ制御装置であって、
前記インバータシステムは、
交流(AC:Alternative Current)電源から供給された電力を整流するための整流部と、
前記整流部からの出力電圧を平滑するための平滑部と、
前記平滑部からの平滑された電圧を交流電圧に変換する複数のスイッチング素子を含み、電動機に交流電圧を供給するインバータ部と、
を備え、
前記インバータ制御装置は、
前記電動機に対する交流電源の供給が遮断されると、予め定めた指令電流を生成する制御部;
前記指令電流と前記インバータ部の出力電流との差を求める比較部;
前記差に基づいて比例積分(PI)制御を行う電流制御部;及び、
前記指令電流が前記電流制御部に供給される間、前記指令電流に対する電流応答に基づいて前記電動機の回転速度を推定する周波数推定部を、
備えており、
前記制御部は、
前記インバータ部のフライングスタートが始まると、前記周波数推定部によって推定された前記電動機の回転速度に基づいて前記インバータ部の出力周波数を、前記周波数推定部によって推定された前記電動機の前記回転速度と同様に設定するインバータ制御装置。 - 前記指令電流のa相は、所定大きさの正の電流であり、b相及びc相は、所定大きさの負の電流である、請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記a相の指令電流の大きさは、前記電動機の定格電流の1/2に相当する大きさである、請求項2に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、
前記電動機の逆起電力が予め定めた大きさ以下である時点から前記インバータ部のフライングスタートが始まる時点まで前記指令電流を供給する、請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記電流制御部に前記指令電流を供給する間、前記インバータ部の出力電圧を一定の大きさに維持する、請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記インバータ部のフライングスタートが始まると、前記インバータ部の出力周波数を前記周波数推定部によって推定された前記電動機の回転速度より予め定めた大きさ以上に大きい周波数に設定し、前記インバータ部の出力周波数を減少させて、前記インバータ部の前記出力周波数を、前記周波数推定部によって推定された前記電動機の回転速度と同様にする設定する請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。 - 前記電流制御部は、
前記指令電流が供給される間、定常状態での比例ゲイン(Pゲイン)より小さい大きさのPゲインを用いる、請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。 - 前記周波数推定部は、
前記a相の指令電流に対する電流応答の増加分を2回計算して生成される正弦曲線のゼロクロッシングを計算して周波数を推定する、請求項2に記載のインバータ制御装置。 - 前記周波数推定部は、
前記b相の指令電流応答から前記c相の指令電流応答を差し引きして生成される正弦曲線のゼロクロッシングを計算して周波数を推定する、請求項2に記載のインバータ制御装置。 - 前記電流制御部は、
前記差を比例積分制御して生成される出力を前記インバータ部の前記複数のスイッチング素子にゲート信号として提供する、請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。
