Description
コイル材2に張力を加える方法としては、加工部3のプレス用ダイ30および成形用ダイ31,32の近傍に設けられた第1クランプ部51および第2クランプ部52を用いる方法に限られない。たとえば、図6における第1クランプ部51に代えて、図19に示すように加工部3にコイル材2を供給可能に設けられている供給部60(アンコイラ)を用いてもよいし、図20に示すように供給部60から加工部3に供給されるコイル材2の歪みを矯正可能に設けられている矯正部70(レベラ)を用いてもよい。このようにしても、これらと第2クランプ部52とのうちの少なくとも一方を駆動させることにより、これらと第2クランプ部52との間に位置するコイル材2に張力を加えることができる。
Claims (6)
- スラストニードルころ軸受の軌道輪の製造方法であって、
鋼材および前記鋼材から前記軌道輪を得るための成形台を準備する工程と、
前記鋼材を前記成形台に設置する工程と、
前記成形台において前記鋼材をA1変態点以上の温度に加熱した後に前記鋼材の一部を
リング状に打ち抜き、その後、前記成形台においてリング状の前記鋼材を焼入れ処理することにより前記軌道輪を得る工程とを備え、
前記軌道輪を得る工程では、前記鋼材の表面に沿った少なくとも一方向において前記成形台を挟んで間隔を隔てた前記鋼材の第1部分と第2部分との間に張力を加えた状態で、前記加熱と前記打ち抜きとを行い、
前記張力は、前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間隔を、前記軌道輪を得る工程において前記温度に加熱されることによる前記鋼材の前記第1部分と前記第2部分との間隔の熱膨張量に対応する長さ分広げるように印加され、
前記成形台は、前記鋼材を打ち抜くための第1の型および前記第1の型に対向する第2の型を含み、前記第1の型または前記第2の型の成形面は凹形状の曲面を有する、軌道輪の製造方法。 - 前記成形台のうち前記凹形状の曲面を有する型に対向する型は平坦な表面を有する、請求項1に記載の軌道輪の製造方法。
- 前記鋼材は、0.4質量%以上の炭素を含み、2mm以下の厚みを有しており、かつ前記厚み方向においてリング状に打ち抜かれる、請求項1または2に記載の軌道輪の製造方法。
- 前記軌道輪を得る工程において、前記鋼材は、通電加熱、間接抵抗加熱、誘導加熱、接触伝熱、および遠赤外線加熱からなる群から選択される少なくともいずれか1つの方法により加熱される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の軌道輪の製造方法。
- 700HV以上の硬度を有する前記軌道輪が得られる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の軌道輪の製造方法。
- 前記焼入れ処理の前に、前記成形台においてリング状の前記鋼材に成形加工が施され、
前記成形加工では、リング状の前記鋼材の内周部または外周部が、リング状の前記鋼材の厚み方向に向くように折り曲げられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の軌道輪の製造方法。
