Claims (14)
- 航空機エンジン(1)を翼に取り付けるための、トルクボックス(12)を備えるパイロン構造(10)であって、
前記トルクボックス(12)の後方部分に設けられた前桁マウントを有するウイングマウント(14)と、
前記トルクボックス(12)の前方部分に設けられた第1のエンジンマウント(16)と、
前記トルクボックス(12)の後方部分に設けられた第2のエンジンマウント(18)と、
前記第1のエンジンマウント(16)の後方部分で前記第2のエンジンマウント(18)から前記トルクボックス(12)へと延びるコネクティングロッド(24)と、
前記第2のエンジンマウント(18)から前記翼へと延びるスラストリンク(26)と、
を備え、
一次負荷経路が、前記トルクボックス(12)を通って前記第1及び第2のエンジンマウント(16、18)から方向付けられた負荷により画定され、
前記第1及び第2のエンジンマウント(16、18)から前記トルクボックス(12)を通って導かれる一次負荷が、前記ウイングマウント(14)を通って前記前桁マウント内に入り、
二次負荷経路が、前記コネクティングロッド(24)を通って前記第2のエンジンマウント(18)及び前記スラストリンク(26)へと伝わり前記翼の翼小骨内に入る、前記トルクボックス(12)を通って導かれる負荷により画定される、パイロン構造(10)。 - 前記トルクボックス(12)は、骨格フレーム(20)に取り付けられた応力外皮(22)を有する前記骨格フレーム(20)を備える、請求項1に記載のパイロン構造(10)。
- 前記骨格フレーム(20)は複数の成形部材(30)を備える、請求項2に記載のパイロン構造(10)。
- 前記トルクボックス(12)は長手方向軸を有し、前記成形部材(30)の少なくともいくつかは長手方向軸に沿って間隔をあけて配置される、請求項3に記載のパイロン構造(10)。
- 前記骨格フレーム(20)は、複数の縦通材(28)によって接続された複数の成形部材(30)を備える、請求項3に記載のパイロン構造(10)。
- 前記トルクボックス(12)は長手方向軸を有し、前記縦通材(28)の少なくともいくつかは前記長手方向軸から半径方向にオフセットする、請求項5に記載のパイロン構造(10)。
- 前記第1のエンジンマウント(16)は、前記トルクボックス(12)の前方端部に取り付けられた第1のヨークを備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のパイロン構造(10)。
- 前記第1のエンジンマウント(16)は、前記第1のヨークから前記トルクボックス(12)に延出するガセット(36)をさらに備える、請求項7に記載のパイロン構造(10)。
- 前記第2のエンジンマウント(18)は、第2のヨークを備える、請求項7に記載のパイロン構造(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記スラストリンク(26)が前記ウイングマウント(14)の後方の前記第2のヨークから延出する、請求項9に記載のパイロン構造(10)。
- 前記前桁マウントは、前記後方部分に取り付けられた複数のブラケット(14a,14b,14c,14d,19)を備える、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載のパイロン構造(10)。
