Claims (11)
- 下側ベース;
前記下側ベースの上側に配置されるミドルベース;
前記ミドルベースの上側に配置されるコネクタを含み、前記下側ベースとミドルベースの間に配置されるクーリングファン;及び、
前記ミドルベース上に配置される時に前記コネクタと連結される基板部;を含んでおり,
雄コネクタ又は雌コネクタであり、前記コネクタと前記クーリングファンは、電線で連結される, 電動機駆動装置。 - 前記基板部の底面には、前記コネクタに対応する位置に前記コネクタと電気的に連結されるソケットが配置される、請求項1に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記基板部は、第1の締結孔;を含み、
前記ミドルベースは、
前記基板部と前記ミドルベースが予め定めた間隔だけ離隔した状態で、前記コネクタと前記ソケットが連結されるように前記第1の締結孔に挿入される基板固定ピン;
を含む、請求項2に記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 前記ミドルベースの上面には、前記コネクタが収容されるコネクタ安置部が突出形成される、請求項1に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記コネクタの両側面にガイドリブが突出形成されて、
前記コネクタ安置部は、前記ガイドリブを挿入するガイド溝が形成される、請求項4に記載の電動機駆動装置。 - 下側ベース;
前記下側ベースの上側に配置されるミドルベース;
前記ミドルベースの上側に配置されるコネクタを含み、前記下側ベースとミドルベースの間に配置されるクーリングファン;及び、
前記ミドルベース上に配置される時に前記コネクタと連結される基板部;を含んでおり,
前記コネクタは、互いに水平になるように前記クーリングファンから延びた一対から形成され、伝導性のある金属材質として前記基板部に向けて前記ミドルベースの上側に突き出ており、
前記基板部は、一対の前記コネクタが電気的に連結されるように挿入する一対の通電孔が形成されており、
一対の前記コネクタが貫通する一対の第2の締結孔が形成され、一対の前記コネクタ間の距離を維持しながら前記基板部の底面を支持して、絶縁材質である固定ブロックを含む、電動機駆動装置。 - 前記ミドルベースは、一対の前記コネクタが前記ミドルベースの上側に突き出るように凹入溝が形成される、請求項6に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 一対の前記コネクタは、それぞれ中央部がスプリング状に形成される、請求項6に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記固定ブロックは、前記基板部の下側面に隣接するように前記一対のコネクタに締結される、請求項6に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記固定ブロックは、絶縁材質である、請求項6に記載の電動機駆動装置。
- 前記クーリングファンは、前記下側ベースとミドルベースの間に少なくとも1つ以上配置されて、
前記下側ベースとミドルベースの間には、前記基板部の放熱のために配置される放熱部をさらに含む、請求項1または請求項6に記載の電動機駆動装置。
