Claims (9)
- レーザ媒体と、
前記レーザ媒体の中心軸周りに等間隔で配置され、前記中心軸に交差する光軸を有する励起光源素子と、
前記光軸上に配置され前記励起光源素子から出射される励起光を集光してレーザ媒体に照射する照射光学系と、
前記レーザ媒体の端部を支持すると共に、前記照射光学系と前記励起光源素子を支持する熱伝導性部材で構成される枠体と、
前記枠体の外面には温度調整部材を備え、
前記レーザ媒体の周囲と、前記枠体と前記枠体に支持される前記照射光学系との間に冷媒流路が形成されていることを特徴とするレーザポンプチャンバ装置。 - 前記枠体は、前記レーザ媒体の前記中心軸と交差する方向に延設された冷媒流入路と前記中心軸に沿った冷媒流出路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーザポンプチャンバ装置。
- 前記枠体は、
前記レーザ媒体の端部を支持する端部支持ブロックと、
前記レーザ媒体の周囲空間と前記照射光学系及び前記励起光源素子の支持空間を形成する内部ブロックと、
前記励起光源素子を支持して前記内部ブロックの外周を囲む外周ブロックとが密着されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のレーザポンプチャンバ装置。 - 前記周囲空間の内面は、前記中心軸と同軸状の円筒反射面であることを特徴とする請求項3記載のレーザポンプチャンバ装置。
- 前記照射光学系は、前記励起光源素子から出射された光を前記レーザ媒体のロッド径と同径の平行光にするシリンドリカルレンズであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のレーザポンプチャンバ装置。
- 前記温度調整部材がペルチェ素子であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のレーザポンプチャンバ装置。
- 前記励起光源素子がレーザダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載のレーザポンプチャンバ装置。
- 前記レーザ媒体は、YAGロッドであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のレーザポンプチャンバ装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載のレーザポンプチャンバ装置を備え、
前記中心軸に対面して共振ミラーを配置しているレーザ発振装置。
