Claims (7)
- 金属積層造形用の材料粉体の製造方法であって、
未使用の前記材料粉体であるバージン材の粒度分布と、
前記バージン材を金属積層造形装置に供給したあと積層造形を行わずに前記金属積層造形装置から排出される前記材料粉体であるリサイクル材を回収し、前記リサイクル材を前記金属積層造形装置に供給したあと積層造形を行わずに前記金属積層造形装置から排出される前記リサイクル材を回収するようにして、所定の回数リサイクルしたあとの前記リサイクル材の流動性と、に基づいて、
前記流動性の所定の基準値以上の前記流動性に対応する前記粒度分布になるように製造する、
金属積層造形用の材料粉体の製造方法。 - 前記リサイクル材の流動性は、前記リサイクル材を漏斗に投入して、前記リサイクル材が落下を開始してから完了するまでの排出時間および安息角により計測する、
請求項1記載の金属積層造形用の材料粉体の製造方法。 - 前記バージン材にシリカ粒子が添加されている、
請求項1または2記載の金属積層造形用の材料粉体の製造方法。 - 前記シリカ粒子の粒子径が5nm以上15nm以下に形成されている、
請求項3記載の金属積層造形用の材料粉体の製造方法。 - 前記所定の回数リサイクルしたあとの前記リサイクル材によって焼結体を積層造形し、
前記焼結体の空隙率が前記空隙率の所定の基準値以上、および、前記焼結体の強度が前記強度の所定の基準値以上、のうちのいずれか一方またはそれらの両方になるように前記シリカ粒子の添加量を調整する、
請求項3記載の金属積層造形用の材料粉体の製造方法。 - 前記バージン材の組成元素にケイ素が含まれている、
請求項3記載の金属積層造形用の材料粉体の製造方法。 - 前記シリカ粒子を添加する前の前記粒度分布は、前記流動性の所定の基準値よりも低い前記流動性に対応する前記粒度分布であり、前記シリカ粒子の添加量は、前記流動性が前記流動性の所定の基準値以上になるように調整されている、
請求項3記載の金属積層造形用の材料粉体の製造方法。
