ここに、出願当初の特許請求の範囲の記載事項を付記する。
[1] 山と谷とが繰り返し延設された屋根フレームで施工された建築物の屋根に太陽光モジュールを設置する屋根リニューアル方法において、
前記屋根フレームの前記谷に断熱材を介在させる工程と、
ポータブルロール成形機を用いて屋根のリニューアル現場で太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルを前記屋根の長さに相当する長さで製造して、前記屋根上へ搬送する工程と、 前記太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルを前記断熱材が介在された屋根フレーム上に設置する工程と、
前記太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルに太陽光モジュールを設置するためのブラケットを締結する工程と、
前記ブラケットに太陽光モジュールを設置する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするポータブルロール成形機を用いた太陽光モジュール設置用屋根リニューアル方法。
[2] 前記太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルは、
上面に長手方向に沿って凹溝が形成された締結突条が幅方向の一端部に形成され、隣接する太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルの前記締結突条に弾性的にはめ込まれる弾性クリップが幅方向の他端部に形成されたパネル本体と、
前記凹溝に挿入される締結レールと、を含み、
前記弾性クリップには、前記締結レールに挿入されるとともに前記ブラケットが締結されるブラケット締結溝が形成されていることを特徴とする[1]に記載のポータブルロール成形機を用いた太陽光モジュール設置用屋根リニューアル方法。
[3] 山と谷とが繰り返し延設されて建築物の屋根を形成する屋根フレームの前記谷に介在された断熱材と、
前記断熱材が介在された屋根フレーム上に設置される太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルと、を含み、
前記太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルは、前記屋根の長さに相当する長さを有し、太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルの長手方向には連結部が形成されないことを特徴とする太陽光モジュール設置用屋根リニューアル構造。
[4] 前記太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルは、
上面に長手方向に沿って凹溝が形成された締結突条が幅方向の一端部に形成され、隣接する太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルの前記締結突条に弾性的にはめ込まれる弾性クリップが幅方向の他端部に形成されたパネル本体と、
前記凹溝に挿入される締結レールと、を含み、
前記弾性クリップには、前記締結レールに挿入されるとともにブラケットが締結されるブラケット締結溝が形成されていることを特徴とする[3]に記載の太陽光モジュール設置用屋根リニューアル構造。
Claims (2)
- 山と谷とが繰り返し延設された屋根フレームで施工された建築物の屋根に太陽光モジュールを設置する屋根リニューアル方法において、
前記屋根フレームの前記谷に断熱材を介在させる工程と、
ポータブルロール成形機を用いて屋根のリニューアル現場で太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルを前記屋根の長さに相当する長さで製造して、前記屋根上へ搬送する工程と、 前記太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルを前記断熱材が介在された屋根フレーム上に設置する工程と、
前記太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルに太陽光モジュールを設置するためのブラケットを締結する工程と、
前記ブラケットに太陽光モジュールを設置する工程と、
を含み、
前記ポータブルロール成形機は、ロール成形機が積載された積載箱が車両に連結されたものであって、前記積載箱の上部が開閉自在であり、前記ロール成形機が開放された積載箱の上部を通して出入りすることを特徴とするポータブルロール成形機を用いた太陽光モジュール設置用屋根リニューアル方法。 - 前記太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルは、
上面に長手方向に沿って凹溝が形成された締結突条が幅方向の一端部に形成され、隣接する太陽光モジュール設置用屋根パネルの前記締結突条に弾性的にはめ込まれる弾性クリップが幅方向の他端部に形成されたパネル本体と、
前記凹溝に挿入される締結レールと、を含み、
前記弾性クリップには、前記締結レールに挿入されるとともに前記ブラケットが締結されるブラケット締結溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポータブルロール成形機を用いた太陽光モジュール設置用屋根リニューアル方法。
