Claims (8)
- 外部環境(E)に面するバルブステム(104)に配置された外部シール(2)と、
プロセス環境(P)に面する前記バルブステム(104)に配置された内部シール(3)と、
バリア流体の供給源(S)と流体連通して配置されるように構成された入口(5)を有するチャンバ(4)であって、前記外部シール(2)および前記内部シール(3)が互いに協働して前記バリア流体を収容するための空間として画定されたチャンバ(4)と、
前記チャンバ(4)の内側のバリア流体の量の検出器(6)と、
前記プロセス環境(P)に対して正の圧力を前記チャンバ(4)に提供するように構成され、かつ、前記バルブステム(104)と同軸に設置されるように構成された、加圧器装置(7)と、
を備えており、ここに、
前記加圧器装置(7)は、前記チャンバ(4)を少なくとも部分的に画定するピストン(8)であって、前記プロセス環境(P)と接触するように構成されたプロセス表面(8a)と、前記バリア流体と接触するように構成された内部表面(8b)とを有するピストン(8)を備えると共に、前記ピストン(8)に作用して、前記プロセス圧力と共に前記ピストン(8)に加わる力を提供するように構成されたばね(9)を備えており、かつ
前記ばね(9)が、前記チャンバ(4)の内側のバリア流体の流入によって延びるように構成されている、
