Claims (12)
- 外部環境(E)に面するバルブステム(104)に配置されるように適合された外部シール(2)と、プロセス環境(P)に面する前記バルブステム(104)に配置されるように適合された内部シール(3)と、バリア流体を収容するためのチャンバ(4)を互いに協働して画定する前記外部シール(2)および内部シール(3)と、バリア流体の供給源(S)と流体連通して配置されるように構成された入口(5)を有する前記チャンバ(4)と、前記チャンバ(4)の内側および/または前記チャンバ(4)と流体連通するリザーバ(10)のバリア流体の量の検出器(6)と、前記プロセス環境(P)に対して正の圧力を前記チャンバ(4)に提供するように構成された加圧器装置(7)とを備えるバルブステム(104)用シールアセンブリ(1)であって、前記加圧器装置(7)は、前記バルブステム(104)と同軸に設置されるように構成される、バルブステム(104)用シールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記加圧器(7)が、前記チャンバ(4)を少なくとも部分的に画定するピストン(8)を備え、前記ピストン(8)が、前記プロセス環境(P)と接触するように構成されたプロセス表面(8a)と、前記バリア流体と接触するように構成された内部表面(8b)とを有する請求項1に記載のシールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記内部シール(3)が、前記ピストン(8)と前記ステム(104)との間に配置された第1の内部シール(3a)を備える請求項2に記載のシールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記加圧器(7)が、前記ピストン(8)に作用し、前記プロセス圧力に加わる前記ピストン(8)に力を提供するように構成されたばね(9)を備える請求項2または3に記載のシールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記力が、前記ピストン(8)の前記内部表面(8b)に加えられる請求項4に記載のシールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記ばね(9)が、前記チャンバ(4)の内側のバリア流体の流入によって延びるように構成される請求項4または5に記載のシールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記加圧器(7)が、前記ピストン(8)に取り付けられ、前記内部表面(8b)に面するフランジ(12)を備え、前記力が、前記フランジ(12)に作用する請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記ばね(9)が、前記チャンバ(4)の内側のバリア流体の流入によって圧縮されるように構成される請求項4乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記検出器(6)が、前記ピストン(8)の前記プロセス表面(8a)と前記内部表面(8b)との間の圧力差を検出するように構成される請求項4乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記検出器(6)が、前記チャンバ(4)の内側の前記ピストン(8)の位置を直接検出するように構成される請求項2乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ(1)。
- 前記検出器(6)が、前記ピストン(8)に固定された磁石(18)と、前記チャンバ(4)に面し、前記磁石(18)と相互作用するように構成された複数の近接スイッチ(19)とを備える請求項10に記載のシールアセンブリ(1)。
- シート(103)と、前記シート(103)に挿入されたステム(104)と、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のシールアセンブリ(1)とを備え、前記シールアセンブリ(1)は、前記ステム(104)上に設置される、バルブ(100)。
