Description
本開示は、電子生体試料分析のシステム及び方法を対象とする。特に、本開示は、試験装置の電子回路への抗体の直接的な結合を可能にすること、生体試料に試験装置を晒すこと、並びに電子回路−抗体システムの電気特性における変化を測定することによる、ナノエレクトロニクス回路を使用した疾患及び/又は感染の直接検出を対象とする。電気特性における変化を解析することにより、試料における感染の存在を特定する。この技術は、極めて高感度であり得、及び不適切な抗体結合の影響を大幅に最小化するように設計することができる。
本開示の実施形態は、生体試料分析を実施するためのシステム及び方法を対象とする。いくつかの実施例において、生体試料分析のためのシステムは、外側ケージング、生体試料送達システム、及び電子生体試料センサーシステムを含む。当該生体試料送達システムは、生体試料分析システムの外部に位置された液体生体試料を、試料チャンバに接続された1又は複数の管を介して生体試料センサーシステムに送達するように構成され得、この場合、当該センサーチャンバの少なくとも1つの面は、電子生体試料センサーシステムのセンサーチップに晒される。いくつかの実施例において、当該電子生体試料センサーシステムは、センサーチップ及び当該センサーチップに電気的に接続された電子コネクタを含み、この場合、当該電子コネクタは、ソース−ドレイン電圧及びソース−ゲートバイアスをセンサーチップのトランジスタに送達するように、並びに生体試料内の特定の抗体(例えば、ライム病の抗体)の存在に対応する、トランジスタからの電流をモニターするように構成される。

Claims (8)
- 生体試料センサーを含む電子生体試料分析のためのシステムであって、
該生体試料センサーが複数のトランジスタを含み;
該トランジスタの1又は複数が散在部位を含み;及び
該散在部位が、バイオマーカーに対する共有結合を含み、それにより、該トランジスタに電圧をかけつつ、該バイオマーカーが感染した生体試料に晒された場合に、該トランジスタのコンダクタンスが変化し;
前記各トランジスタがグラフェンの形でsp 2 混成炭素を含み、及び前記各散在部位がsp 3 混成炭素を含み、前記sp 3 混成炭素が前記バイオマーカーと共有的に結合し、それにより、前記トランジスタに電圧をかけつつ、前記バイオマーカーが感染した生体試料に晒された場合に、前記トランジスタのコンダクタンスが変化する、システム。 - 前記バイオマーカーが抗体である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記抗体が、ライム病抗体、癌抗体、HIV抗体、肝炎抗体、または炭疽菌抗体である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 各トランジスタが、ソースリード、ゲートリード、及びドレインリードを含み、
該ソースリード、ゲートリード、及びドレインリードのそれぞれが、外部コネクタに電気的に接続され、
該外部コネクタが、ドレイン−ソース電圧を供給するように、ゲート−ソースバイアスを供給するように、及びソース電流を測定するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 更に液体送達システムを含み、
該液体送達システムは試料チャンバを含み、該試料チャンバの下方を向いた面が開口部を形成し、該開口部が、前記生体試料センサーに接触してそれらと共に液密密封を形成し、それにより、生体試料が該試料チャンバに導入されたときに、該生体試料が前記生体試料センサーの上面に接触する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 更にケージングを含み、
該ケージングが、前記試料チャンバ及び前記電子生体試料センサーを包み込み、且つ該ケージングが1又は複数のフランジを含み、各フランジが前記試料チャンバに液圧で接続されている、請求項5に記載のシステム。 - 前記ケージングがプラスチックを含む、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記ケージングが、第一半体及び第二半体を含み、
前記試料チャンバが、前記第一半体に位置され、前記電子生体試料センサーが前記第二半体に位置され、
前記第一半体が前記第二半体上に閉鎖位置において取り付けられる場合に、前記電子生体試料センサーが、前記試料チャンバと共に液密密封を形成する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
