Claims (14)
- 第1乃至第n(nは2以上の自然数)のグラフェンセンサと、
前記第1乃至前記第nのグラフェンセンサのそれぞれを、検体物質を含み、リン酸イオン、マグネシウムイオン、または硫酸イオンの濃度が互いに異なる別々の第1乃至第nの水溶液に曝露する曝露機構と、
を備え、
前記第1乃至前記第nのグラフェンセンサの電気特性の違いから前記検体物質を識別するケミカルセンサモジュール。 - 前記検体物質を含む気体と、取り込み溶液とを混合する機構と、
前記検体物質が混合された前記取り込み溶液をさらにリン酸イオン、マグネシウムイオン、または硫酸イオンの濃度の異なる液体と混合し、前記第1乃至前記第nの水溶液とする第1乃至第nの機構と、を含む、
混合機構をさらに有する請求項1に記載のケミカルセンサモジュール。 - 前記検体物質を含む気体と、リン酸イオン、マグネシウムイオン、または硫酸イオンの濃度が異なる水溶液とを混合し、前記第1乃至前記第nの水溶液とする第1乃至第nの機構を含む混合機構をさらに有する請求項1に記載のケミカルセンサモジュール。
- 前記検体物質を含む気体と、取り込み溶液とを混合する機構と、
前記第1乃至第n-1のグラフェンセンサに曝露済みの前記第1乃至第n-1の水溶液と、リン酸イオン、マグネシウムイオン、または硫酸イオンを含む溶液とを混合して第2乃至前記第nの水溶液とする複数の機構と、を含む、
混合機構をさらに有する請求項1に記載のケミカルセンサモジュール。 - 前記検体物質の電荷と、価数と、共役二重結合の有無と、の少なくとも1つを識別する請求項1~4のいずれか1つに記載のケミカルセンサモジュール。
- 前記第1乃至前記第nの水溶液が、HEPES緩衝液と、リン酸緩衝液と、これらの混合物とのいずれかを含む請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載のケミカルセンサモジュール。
- 前記1乃至前記第nの水溶液が、多価のアニオンと、多価のカチオンと、共役二重結合をもつアニオンと、共役二重結合をもつカチオンとのいずれかを含む請求項1~6のいずれか1つに記載のケミカルセンサモジュール。
- 前記第1乃至前記第nのグラフェンセンサは、それぞれ、前記第1乃至前記第nの水溶液に曝露されたグラフェン膜と、前記グラフェン膜に接続された第1電極と、前記グラフェン膜に接続された第2電極とを有する請求項1~7のいずれか1つに記載のケミカルセンサモジュール。
- 前記第1乃至前記第nのグラフェンセンサは、それぞれ、前記第1乃至前記第nの水溶液に接触したゲート配線を有する請求項8に記載のケミカルセンサモジュール。
- 前記第1乃至前記第nの水溶液を、前記第1乃至前記第nのグラフェンセンサに供給する供給機構をさらに備えた請求項1~9いずれか1つに記載のケミカルセンサモジュール。
- 第1乃至第n(nは2以上の自然数)のグラフェンセンサのそれぞれを、同じ検体物質を含み、リン酸イオン、マグネシウムイオン、または硫酸イオンの濃度が互いに異なる別々の第1乃至第nの水溶液に曝露し、
前記第1乃至前記第nの水溶液の違いによる前記グラフェンセンサの電気特性の違いから前記検体物質を識別する検体物質の識別方法。 - リン酸イオン、マグネシウムイオン、または硫酸イオンの濃度が異なる水溶液のそれぞれに、同じ前記検体物質を等量ずつ混合して前記第1乃至前記第nの水溶液とする、請求項11に記載の検体物質の識別方法。
- 前記検体物質と水溶液を混合し、前記検体物質と混合した前記水溶液と、リン酸イオン、マグネシウムイオン、または硫酸イオンの濃度が異なる別の水溶液とを混合して、前記第1乃至前記第nの水溶液とする、請求項11に記載の検体物質の識別方法。
- 前記第1乃至第n-1の水溶液にリン酸イオン、マグネシウムイオン、または硫酸イオンを含む水溶液を混合して、それぞれ第2乃至前記第nの水溶液とする請求項11に記載の検体物質の識別方法。
