Description
図1は、実施の形態1における監視システムの例を示す図である。図1に示すように、監視システムは、例えばエレベーター110、監視装置120、サーバ210、監視端末310、及び電話320を備える。エレベーター110及び監視装置120は、ビル100に設けられる。サーバ210は、データセンター200に設けられる。監視端末310及び電話320は、情報センター300に設けられる。
Claims (4)
- エレベーターが設置されたビルに設けられ、IPネットワークを介してセンターと通信する監視装置であって、
複数の通信モードで無線通信が可能な通信手段と、
前記通信手段が受信する電波の強度を表す第1評価値と前記通信手段及び前記センター間の通信品質を表す第2評価値とに基づいて、前記通信手段が無線通信を行うための接続モードを前記複数の通信モードの中から選択する選択手段と、
を備え、
前記通信手段は、音声データと前記エレベーターの状態を表す状態データとを前記接続モードで前記センターに送信し、
前記選択手段は、前記通信手段が送信するデータに音声データが含まれるか否かによって、前記接続モードを選択する方法を変える監視装置。 - 前記センターは、データベースを有するデータセンターとオペレーターがいる情報センターとを含み、
前記第2評価値は、前記通信手段及び前記データセンター間の通信品質を表し、
前記通信手段は、前記エレベーターの状態を表す状態データを前記接続モードで前記データセンターに送信し、音声データを前記接続モードで前記情報センターに送信する請求項1に記載の監視装置。 - 前記第1評価値及び前記第2評価値に基づいて、前記複数の通信モードのそれぞれに対して優先順位を設定する優先順位設定手段を更に備え、
前記選択手段は、前記複数の通信モードのうち、前記優先順位設定手段によって設定された優先順位が最も高い通信モードを前記接続モードとして選択する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の監視装置。 - 接続禁止モードの情報が記憶された記憶手段を更に備え、
前記選択手段は、
前記通信手段が送信するデータに音声データが含まれる場合は、前記複数の通信モードのうち前記接続禁止モードを除いたものの中で、前記優先順位設定手段によって設定された優先順位が最も高い通信モードを前記接続モードとして選択し、
前記通信手段が送信するデータに音声データが含まれない場合は、前記複数の通信モードのうち、前記優先順位設定手段によって設定された優先順位が最も高い通信モードを前記接続モードとして選択する請求項3に記載の監視装置。
