- 正極層;前記正極層に対向する負極層;及び前記正極層と負極層との間の分離膜;を含み、
前記正極層、負極層及び前記分離膜は、整列された少なくとも一つ以上の内部貫通部を含む電極組立体;及び
上部外装層及び下部外装層を含み、内部に前記電極組立体及び電解質を収容するために少なくとも縁部の一部又は全部の対向部分がシーリングされた外部シーリング部を有する外装体;を含み、
前記上部外装層及び前記下部外装層は前記内部貫通部のそれぞれに整列され、前記上部外装層から前記下部外装層まで開口を形成する電池貫通部;及び
前記電池貫通部の外周の前記上部外装層及び前記下部外装層の対向部分が前記分離膜を挟んでシーリングされた内部シーリング部;を有し、
前記電池貫通部の外周から前記上部外装層の端部は、上記分離膜の上面に直接接触されて前記下部外装層の端部は、上記と同じ分離膜の下面に直接接触され、
前記電池貫通部の内側面に、上記分離膜の側面が直接さらされる、電池。 - 前記正極層及び負極層のうち少なくとも一つは、集電体、及び前記集電体上にコーティングされた活物質層を含む、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記正極層及び負極層のうち少なくとも一つは、不織布構造で互いに連結された伝導性繊維を含む集電体、及び前記集電体内に挿入された活物質を含む、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記上部外装層と前記下部外装層の外部シーリング部及び内部シーリング部は熱融着によって接着された、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記内部貫通部と前記電池貫通部とは互いに同一の形状を有する、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電池は、少なくとも一つ以上の電子部品が表面実装された印刷回路基板の実装表面上に積層され、
前記少なくとも一つ以上の電子部品が前記電池の前記電池貫通部内に挿入されたり、前記電池貫通部を介して突出することによって前記電池と前記印刷回路基板とが組み立てられ、
選択的に、前記電池貫通部が複数本備えられ、複数の前記電池貫通部のうち少なくとも2つは、他の形態を持ったり、異なるサイズを有する、請求項1に記載の電池。 - 第1開口が形成された正極層、前記第1開口と整列され、前記第1開口とともに内部貫通部を定義する第2開口が形成された負極層、及び前記正極層と前記負極層との間に分離膜が積層され、前記第1開口と前記第2開口を介して前記分離膜の表面が露出されている電極組立体を提供する段階;
前記電極組立体を収容するように縁部の一部又は全部が接着された外部シーリング部を有する上部外装層及び下部外装層を含む外装体を提供する段階;及び
前記電極組立体の前記内部貫通部と整列され、前記外装体に少なくとも一つ以上の開口を有する電池貫通部を形成する段階;を含み、
前記電池貫通部の前記上部外装層及び前記下部外装層の対向部分が前記分離膜を挟んでシーリングされた内部シーリング部を有し、
前記電池貫通部の外周から前記上部外装層の端部は、上記分離膜の上面に直接接触されて前記下部外装層の端部は、上記と同じ分離膜の下面に直接接触され、前記電池貫通部の内側面に、上記分離膜の側面が直接さらされている、電池の製造方法。 - 前記電池貫通部を形成する段階は、
前記内部貫通部を通じて露出された前記分離膜の表面に前記上部外装層及び前記下部外装層の対向部分を互いに付着させる段階;及び
前記上部外装層から前記下部外装層まで開口を形成することによって前記電池貫通部を形成する段階;を含む、請求項7に記載の電池の製造方法。 - 前記上部外装層と前記下部外装層の前記外部シーリング部及び前記内部シーリング部は熱融着によって接着される、請求項8に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記電池貫通部は、前記内部シーリング部にパンチング装備を用いて形成される、請求項7に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記電極組立体が収容された前記外装体内に電解質を注入する段階をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記電解質は、前記外装体の縁部に配置された注入口から注入される、請求項11に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記電解質を前記外装体内に注入した後、前記注入口をシーリングする段階をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の電池の製造方法。
