前記第1鋼材部品と前記第2鋼材部品との焼嵌めが可能な温度差を維持した状態で、前記第1孔に前記第1鋼材部品を前記被膜が挿通するように挿入し、前記第2孔に前記第1鋼材部品を前記被膜が前記第2孔に摺接するように挿入し、前記第1鋼材部品の前記被膜が形成された部位以外の部位を前記第2鋼材部品の第1孔に焼嵌めすることによって、上記課題を解決する。

Claims (10)
- 焼入れ処理された第2鋼材部品の第1孔に、被膜が形成された第1鋼材部品を、前記被膜が挿通するように挿入し、前記第1鋼材部品が挿通される孔であって前記被膜に摺接する第2孔が形成された第3部品の前記第2孔に、前記被膜が前記第2孔に摺接するように前記第1鋼材部品を挿通する熱処理方法において、
前記第2鋼材部品を、当該第2鋼材部品の焼き戻し温度以上であって、前記第1鋼材部品の温度に対して焼嵌め可能な温度差以上の第1温度にまで加熱する加熱工程と、
前記第1鋼材部品と前記第2鋼材部品との焼嵌めが可能な温度差を維持した状態で、前記第1孔に前記第1鋼材部品を前記被膜が挿通するように挿入し、前記第2孔に前記第1鋼材部品を前記被膜が前記第2孔に摺接するように挿入し、前記第1鋼材部品の前記被膜が形成された部位以外の部位を前記第1孔に焼嵌めする焼嵌め工程と、を備える嵌合部品の熱処理方法。 - 前記第1鋼材部品と前記第2鋼材部品との焼嵌めが可能な温度差にするために、前記第1鋼材部品を第2温度まで冷却する冷却工程をさらに備える請求項1に記載の嵌合部品の熱処理方法。
- 前記第1鋼材部品を前記第2温度まで冷却したのち、当該第1鋼材部品を保温しながら前記焼嵌め工程まで搬送する請求項2に記載の嵌合部品の熱処理方法。
- 前記第2鋼材部品を前記第1温度まで加熱したのち、当該第2鋼材部品を保温しながら前記焼嵌め工程まで搬送する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の嵌合部品の熱処理方法。
- 前記第2鋼材部品は、前記第1孔がそれぞれ形成され、間隔をあけて立設された一対の壁部を有し、
前記焼嵌め工程において、
前記第1鋼材部品が挿通される孔であって前記被膜に摺接する前記第2孔が形成された前記第3部品が、前記一対の壁部の間に挿入され、前記第1鋼材部品を前記第2鋼材部品の前記第1孔に焼嵌めする際に、前記第1鋼材部品を前記第2孔に挿通させる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の嵌合部品の熱処理方法。 - 焼入れ処理された第2鋼材部品の第1孔に、被膜が形成された第1鋼材部品を、前記被膜が挿通するように挿入し、前記第1鋼材部品が挿通される孔であって前記被膜に摺接する第2孔が形成された第3部品の前記第2孔に、前記被膜が前記第2孔に摺接するように前記第1鋼材部品を挿通する組立方法において、
前記第2鋼材部品を、当該第2鋼材部品の焼き戻し温度以上であって、前記第1鋼材部品の温度に対して焼嵌め可能な温度差以上の第1温度にまで加熱する加熱工程と、
前記第1鋼材部品と前記第2鋼材部品との焼嵌めが可能な温度差を維持した状態で、前記第1孔に前記第1鋼材部品を前記被膜が挿通するように挿入し、前記第2孔に前記第1鋼材部品を前記被膜が前記第2孔に摺接するように挿入し、前記第1鋼材部品の前記被膜が形成された部位以外の部位を前記第1孔に焼嵌めする焼嵌め工程と、を備える嵌合部品の組立方法。 - 前記第1鋼材部品と前記第2鋼材部品との焼嵌めが可能な温度差にするために、前記第1鋼材部品を第2温度まで冷却する冷却工程をさらに備える請求項6に記載の嵌合部品の組立方法。
- 前記第1鋼材部品を前記第2温度まで冷却したのち、当該第1鋼材部品を保温しながら前記焼嵌め工程まで搬送する請求項7に記載の嵌合部品の組立方法。
- 前記第2鋼材部品を前記第1温度まで加熱したのち、当該第2鋼材部品を保温しながら前記焼嵌め工程まで搬送する請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の嵌合部品の組立方法。
- 前記第2鋼材部品は、前記第1孔がそれぞれ形成され、間隔をあけて立設された一対の壁部を有し、
前記焼嵌め工程において、
前記第1鋼材部品が挿通される孔であって前記被膜に摺接する前記第2孔が形成された前記第3部品が、前記一対の壁部の間に挿入され、前記第1鋼材部品を前記第2鋼材部品の前記第1孔に焼嵌めする際に、前記第1鋼材部品を前記第2孔に挿通させる請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の嵌合部品の組立方法。
