Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1つの第一次層(4)および少なくとも1つの第二次層(5)を有する多層構造体を押し出す共押出装置(3)であって、前記多層構造体が出口方向(X)に沿って前記共押出装置(3)から出るように、前記多層構造体を押し出す共押出装置(3)と、
一対の素子(8、9)を備えた金型(7)であって、前記素子の少なくとも一方(8、9)は他方へ向けて成型方向(Y)に移動可能であり、前記多層構造体から切断された多層材料(2)から物品を圧縮成型する金型と、
前記金型(7)に向けて前記多層材料(2)を搬送する搬送装置(6)と、
前記多層材料(2)が前記搬送装置(6)によって搬送されている間に前記多層材料(2)の向きを修正する前記多層材料(2)の向き修正手段であって、前記第二次層(5)が成型方向(Y)に対して横断方向に延在する向きで、前記多層材料(2)を前記金型(7)に導入されるようにした、前記多層材料(2)の向き修正手段と、
を備え、
前記搬送装置(6)は、前記材料(2)が搬送素子(11)によって収集される収集位置(Q1)から、前記材料(2)が前記搬送素子(11)によって金型(7)内に解放される解放位置(Q2)へ向かう経路に沿って移動可能な少なくとも1つの搬送素子(11)を備える、装置。 - 前記多層材料の向き修正手段は、前記第二次層(5)が前記成型方向(Y)に対して垂直な向きで、前記多層材料(2)が前記金型(7)内に解放されるように構成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記多層材料の向き修正手段は、前記第二次層(5)が前記出口方向(X)と平行に延在する初期の向きから、前記第二次層(5)が前記成型方向(Y)に対して横断方向に延在する向きとなるまで、前記多層材料(2)を回転するよう構成する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記共押出装置(3)は、平坦多層構造体を吐出するスリットとして構成した出口(18)を有し、それによって、平坦層状素子として形成した多層材料(2)を前記平坦多層構造体から切断可能とした、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 連続的な平坦構造体を吐出するスリットとして構成した出口(18)を有する吐出装置(3)であって、前記連続的な平坦構造体から層状材料(2)を切断することができる、吐出装置と、
一対の素子(8、9)が設けられた金型(7)であって、前記素子(8、9)は少なくとも1つが他方に向けて成型方向(Y)に移動可能であり、前記層状材料(2)から物品を圧縮成型する金型と、
前記層状材料を前記金型(7)に搬送する搬送装置(6)と、
前記層状材料(2)が前記搬送装置(6)によって搬送されている間に前記層状材料(2)の向きを修正する前記層状材料の向き修正手段であって、前記層状材料(2)が成型方向(Y)に対して横断方向に配置された平面上にあるときに前記層状材料(2)を前記金型(7)内に導入されるようにした、前記層状材料(2)の向き修正手段と、
を備え、
前記搬送装置(6)は、前記材料(2)が搬送素子(11)によって収集される収集位置(Q1)から、前記材料(2)が前記搬送素子(11)によって金型(7)内に解放される解放位置(Q2)へ向かう経路に沿って移動可能な少なくとも1つの搬送素子(11)を備える、装置。 - 前記材料の向き修正手段は、前記収集位置(Q1)から前記解放位置(Q2)へ至る前記経路の後半において前記材料(2)の向きを修正するよう構成する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送装置(6)は複数の搬送素子(11)を支持する中央体(13)を備え、前記中央体(13)は回転軸(R)を中心に回転可能であり、前記搬送素子(11)を前記収集位置(Q1)から前記解放位置(Q2)に移動させる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記回転軸(R)は前記成型方向(Y)に平行である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 搬送素子(11)は、それぞれ、前記中央体(13)によって支持されるアーム(14)に接続され、前記材料の向き修正手段は各搬送素子(11)を対応するアーム(14)の軸を中心に回転して前記材料(2)の向きを修正するように構成する、請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの搬送素子(11)は、前記材料(2)の面に接触する平坦な搬送面(12)を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送面(12)の大きさは、搬送中の材料(2)の変形を最小限にするため、前記材料(2)は前記面の主要部において前記搬送面(12)に付着するようなものとする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記搬送面(12)の大きさは、前記面よりも大きい面積を有するようにする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの搬送素子(11)に切断素子(16)を接続し、前記構造体から前記材料(2)を切断する、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記金型(7)は、カルーセルにより支持された複数の金型(7)に含まれ、前記カルーセルは、軸を中心に連続的または断続的に回転可能である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記金型は、直線経路に沿って移動可能な複数の金型に含まれる、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの第一次層(4)および少なくとも1つの第二次層(5)を有する多層構造体を押し出すステップと、
前記多層構造体から多層材料(2)を切断するステップと、
前記多層構造体から切断された多層材料(2)から物品を圧縮成型するステップであって、前記圧縮成型するステップは一対の素子(8、9)を備えた金型(7)内で行われ、前記素子の少なくとも一方(8、9)は他方に向けて成型方向(Y)に移動可能であり、前記多層材料(2)を成形することができる、物品を圧縮成型するステップと、を含み、
前記多層材料(2)が、前記押し出すステップの終了時に初期の向きを有し、前記多層材料(2)の向きは前記多層材料(2)が前記金型(7)に搬送されている間に修正され、前記第二次層(5)が成型方向(Y)に対して横断方向に延在する最終の向きで、前記多層材料(2)を前記金型(7)に導入し、
前記多層材料(2)は、搬送装置(6)によって前記金型(7)に搬送され、前記搬送装置(6)は、前記多層材料(2)が搬送素子(11)によって収集される収集位置(Q1)から、前記多層材料(2)が前記搬送素子(11)によって金型(7)内に解放される解放位置(Q2)へ向かう経路に沿って移動可能な少なくとも1つの搬送素子(11)を備える、方法。 - 前記多層材料(2)を層状素子として構成し、金型(7)のキャビティ(10)を画定するとともに成型方向(Y)に対して垂直である表面に平行な平面に前記層状素子が存在しつつ、前記層状素子を前記金型(7)内に解放する、請求項16に記載の方法。

前記層状材料(2)が、前記押し出すステップの終了時に初期の向きを有し、前記層状材料(2)の向きは前記層状材料(2)が前記金型(7)に搬送されている間に修正され、前記層状材料(2)が成型方向(Y)に対して横断方向に配置された平面上にある場合に前記層状材料(2)を前記金型(7)内に導入し、
前記層状材料(2)は、搬送装置(6)によって前記金型(7)に搬送され、前記搬送装置(6)は、前記層状材料(2)が搬送素子(11)によって収集される収集位置(Q1)から、前記層状材料(2)が前記搬送素子(11)によって金型(7)内に解放される解放位置(Q2)へ向かう経路に沿って移動可能な少なくとも1つの搬送素子(11)を備える、方法。 - 前記金型(7)が前記金型(7)を支持するカルーセルの軸を中心に連続的にまたは断続的に回転している間に前記圧縮成型するステップを行う、請求項16〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮成型するステップを、前記金型が直線経路に沿って移動する間に行う、請求項16〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
