Claims (6)
- 平板状基材(11)の表面に多数の係合素子(12)を有する合成樹脂材料からなる面ファスナー(10)の連続成形方法であって、
周面に多数の係合素子用キャビティ(2a)を有するダイホイール(2) を一方向に駆動回転させること、
押出ダイ(1) の樹脂押出口(1b)から、所定幅の溶融樹脂を回転する前記ダイホイール(2) の周面と前記押出ダイ(1) の前面との間の間隙に向けて所要の樹脂圧をもって連続的に押出し、前記溶融樹脂の一部を前記雄係合素子用キャビティ(2a)に充填させて前記係合素子(12)を成形するとともに、同溶融樹脂の余部をもってダイホイール(2) の周面と前記押出ダイ(1) との間の間隙の肉厚を有する平板状基材(11)を連続的に成形すること、及び
前記樹脂押出口(1b)よりもダイホイール(2) の回転方向下流側に位置する前記押出ダイ(1) の内部に配された冷媒通路(1e)に冷媒を流し、前記係合素子(12)の成形されていない平板状基材(11)の表面を冷却して、同表面に凹凸面を形成すること、
を含んでなることを特徴とする面ファスナーの連続成形方法。 - 前記冷媒が空気又は水である請求項1記載の連続成形方法。
- 平板状基材(11)の表面に多数の係合素子(12)を有する合成樹脂材料からなる面ファスナー(10)の連続成形装置であって、
周面に多数の係合素子用キャビティ(2a)を有し一方向に駆動回転するダイホイール(2) と、前記ダイホイール(2) の周面との間に所要の間隙を形成して対設され、その対設面の一部に所定幅の溶融樹脂(3) の押出口(1a)を有する押出ダイ(1) とを備えてなり、
前記押出口(1b)よりもダイホイール(2) の回転方向下流側に位置する同押出ダイ(1) の内部に、幅方向に横断して延びる冷媒通路(1e)を有してなることを特徴とする面ファスナーの連続成形装置。 - 押出ダイ(1) の前記押出口(1b)よりもダイホイール(2) の回転方向下流側の対設面に、ダイホイール(2) の回転方向に平行して延びる複数本の溝部(11a) を有してなる請求項3記載の連続成形装置。
- 前記溝部(11a) の断面がV字形又はU字形である請求項3又は4に記載の連続成形装置。
- 前記溝部(11a) の断面が逆T字形である請求項3又は4に記載の連続成形装置。
