Claims (6)
- バッテリ(58)から電力が供給されることでエンジン(E)に始動トルクを与えると共に前記エンジン(E)の回転動力によって発電を行うACGスタータモータ(40)と、アイドルストップ制御およびヒルスタートアシスト制御を実行する制御部(150)とを有する車両(1)に適用されるエンジン始動制御装置において、
前記アイドルストップ制御は、停止条件が満たされると前記エンジン(E)を一時停止すると共に、再始動条件が満たされると前記エンジン(E)を再始動する制御であり、
前記ヒルスタートアシスト制御は、上り坂で停車した状態において、ブレーキ操作子(13,36)をリリースしても所定時間の間はブレーキ制動力を保持する制御であり、
前記制御部(150)は、前記アイドルストップ制御による前記エンジン(E)の一時停止中に前記ヒルスタートアシスト制御の実行条件が満たされると、前記エンジン(E)を再始動し、
前記ヒルスタートアシスト制御によるブレーキ制動力の保持は、電力供給によって駆動するブレーキ油圧モジュール(95)によって実行され、
前記アイドルストップ制御による前記再始動条件は、複数の通常再始動条件と、前記アイドルストップ制御による前記エンジン(E)の一時停止中に前記ヒルスタートアシスト制御の実行条件が満たされることによる特定再始動条件とを含み、
前記制御部(150)は、前記通常再始動条件が満たされてから前記ACGスタータモータ(40)に電力供給を開始するまでの所定時間(T1)より、前記特定再始動条件が満たされてから前記ACGスタータモータ(40)に電力供給を開始するまでの第2の所定時間(T2)の方を長くすることを特徴とする車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記バッテリ(58)の残量が所定値に満たないことを前記通常再始動条件に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のエンジン始動制御装置。
- 前記ブレーキ操作子(13,36)に、グリップタイプの操向ハンドル(5)に設けられるブレーキレバー(13)が含まれており、
前記ブレーキレバー(13)によってブレーキ油圧を発生させる操作がされたことを前記ヒルスタートアシスト制御の実行条件に含むことを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記車両(1)が、前記操向ハンドル(5)の前記ブレーキレバー(13)側に設けられたスロットルグリップ(5a)と、該スロットルグリップ(5a)の操作開度を検出するスロットルグリップ開度センサ(33)とを有し、
前記スロットルグリップ開度センサ(33)により前記スロットルグリップ(5a)の開操作が検知されることを前記通常再始動条件に含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記エンジン(E)は自動変速機(90)を有し、
前記制御部(150)は、前記エンジン(E)を再始動する際に、前記自動変速機(90)を非動力伝達状態に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1,3ないし5のいずれかに記載の車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記車両(1)の電力負荷は、単一のバッテリ(58)を電力供給源とすることを特徴とする請求項1,3ないし6のいずれかに記載の車両のエンジン始動制御装置。
