Claims (3)
- エンジン(100)の駆動力を所定の減速比で減速して車両(1)の駆動輪(WR)に伝達する変速機(40)と、前記エンジン(100)と変速機(40)の間で駆動力を断接するクラッチ装置(108)と、前記駆動輪(WR)の制動力を生じさせるブレーキ装置(BR)とを制御する制御装置(106)を有する鞍乗型車両の制動力制御装置において、
前記変速機(40)が、ギヤ列を機械的に切断したニュートラル状態と、その切断されたギヤ列を機械的に接続したインギヤ状態との間を切り替え可能に構成されており、
前記制御装置(106)は、
前記車両(1)の停車状態かつブレーキ入力中に、前記ニュートラル状態からインギヤ状態への切り替えを検知すると、
前記ブレーキ装置(BR)で前記駆動輪(WR)に所定の制動力(B)を生じさせると共に、
その後、インギヤ状態への切り替え動作が完了すると前記制動力(B)を解除し、
前記変速機(40)のニュートラル状態とインギヤ状態との切り替えは、
前記変速機(40)の軸上を摺動して隣り合うギヤと噛み合うドグクラッチの断接によって行われ、
前記クラッチ装置(108)は、クラッチアウタ(168)を備え、
前記クラッチアウタ(168)には、前記クランクシャフトのクランク側駆動歯車(170)に噛み合うメイン側被動歯車(172)が同軸に設けられており、
前記クランクシャフトの回転駆動力が、前記クランク側駆動歯車(170)及び前記メイン側被動歯車(172)を介してクラッチアウタ(168)に伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鞍乗型車両の制動力制御装置。 - 前記駆動輪(WR)が、リヤクッション(26)を介して前記車両(1)の車体に揺動自在に軸支されるスイングアーム(27)に軸支されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鞍乗型車両の制動力制御装置。
- 前記変速機(40)は、前記エンジン(100)の駆動力によって車両(1)の後進を可能とする後進ギヤ列(180)を備え、
前記インギヤ状態には、前記後進ギヤ列(180)を駆動力伝達経路に用いるインギヤ状態が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鞍乗型車両の制動力制御装置。
