Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る空気調和装置500の冷媒回路構成の一例を示す概略構成図である。図1に基づき、空気調和装置500について説明する。空気調和装置500は、例えばビル又はマンション等に設置され、冷媒を循環させる冷凍サイクル(ヒートポンプサイクル)を利用して、冷房運転又は暖房運転を実行できるものである。
熱源側ユニット100は、負荷側ユニット300に冷熱又は温熱を供給する機能を有している。
負荷側ユニット300a、300bは、冷房負荷又は暖房負荷に対し、熱源側ユニット100からの冷熱又は温熱を供給する。負荷側ユニット300a、300bには、負荷側熱交換器312と第1絞り装置311とが直列に接続されて搭載されており、熱源側ユニット100と共に冷媒回路を構成している。なお、負荷側熱交換器312に空気を供給するための図示省略の送風機を設けるとよい。ただし、負荷側熱交換器312が、冷媒と水等の冷媒とは異なる熱媒体とで熱交換を実行するものであってもよい。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態に係る空気調和装置500の冷房運転モード時の冷媒の流れを示す図である。図3に基づいて、冷房運転モード時における空気調和装置500の運転動作について説明する。
図4は、本発明の実施の形態に係る空気調和装置500の暖房運転モード時の冷媒の流れを示す冷媒回路図である。図4に基づいて、空気調和装置500の暖房運転モード時の運転動作について説明する。
図5は、本発明の実施の形態に係る空気調和装置500の冷房運転モード時の冷媒冷却制御における冷媒の流れを示す冷媒回路図である。本実施の形態を適用する場合の一例である冷媒冷却制御について説明する。制御装置130を冷媒で冷却する冷媒冷却制御は、冷房運転モード及び暖房運転モードのどちらの運転モードにおいても同様の制御となる。このため、以下では、冷房運転モード時の冷媒の流れを示す図を用いて、冷媒冷却制御を説明する。
(1)バイパス温度センサ606と低圧センサ142とのそれぞれの検知値から算出される、冷媒冷却器603出口の過熱度が予め設定した設定値(例えば、2℃)以下
(2)モジュール温度が一定値(E)(例えば、70℃)以下
運転制御部131により第2絞り装置602を閉じたとき(ステップST5)、ゴミ噛み回避制御が開始される。まず、異物判定部132は、以下の(3)と(4)の両方の条件を一定時間(例えば、2分間)満たすかを判断する(ステップST21)。
(3)第2絞り装置602に対する開度の指示が閉
(4)制御装置温度センサ605の検知温度が結露温度(F)(例えば、35℃)以下
Claims (8)
- 圧縮機と熱源側熱交換器と第1絞り装置と負荷側熱交換器とを備え、冷媒が循環する冷媒回路と、
前記圧縮機と前記第1絞り装置との間の配管から分岐して前記圧縮機の吸入側に接続されたバイパス配管と、
前記バイパス配管に設けられ、当該バイパス配管に流れる前記冷媒の流量を調整する第2絞り装置と、
前記バイパス配管に設けられ、前記冷媒が流れる冷媒冷却器と、
前記圧縮機、前記第1絞り装置及び前記第2絞り装置を制御し、前記冷媒冷却器により冷却される制御装置と、
前記制御装置の温度を検知する制御装置温度センサと
を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記第2絞り装置の開度が設定開度以下の指示開度に制御されている場合において、前記制御装置温度センサの検知温度が設定温度以下である場合に、前記第2絞り装置の開度を大きくし、大きくした後に前記指示開度に戻す異物解放制御を行う
冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記制御装置温度センサの検知温度が設定終了温度以下である場合に、前記第2絞り装置の開度を、前記設定開度以下の前記指示開度に制御する

請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記異物解放制御において、前記第2絞り装置の開度を全開にし、全開にした後に前記指示開度に戻す
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記設定温度は、前記制御装置に結露が生じる温度である
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記異物解放制御を行った後に、前記制御装置温度センサの検知温度が前記設定温度以下である場合に、前記圧縮機の運転を一時停止する
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記圧縮機の運転を一時停止した回数が設定回数未満である場合には、一時停止後に再起動する
請求項6に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 非常停止を知らせる報知部を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記一時停止の回数が前記設定回数以上である場合には、前記圧縮機の運転を非常停止し、前記報知部に非常停止した旨を出力する
請求項7に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
