Claims (6)
- 冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機、及び、前記冷媒と室外空気とを熱交換する室外熱交換器を有する室外ユニットと、前記室外ユニットにユニット間配管を介して接続され、該室外ユニットから供給される前記冷媒と室内空気とを熱交換する室内熱交換器を有する室内ユニットと、前記室内ユニットと並列に前記室外ユニットに接続され、該室外ユニットから供給される前記冷媒と水とを熱交換する水熱交換器を有する水温調ユニットと、を備えた空気調和装置であって、
前記水温調ユニットは、前記水熱交換器の冷媒入口側に設けられた制御弁と、前記制御弁及び前記水熱交換器をバイパスするバイパス管と、前記バイパス管に設けられたバイパス弁とを備え、
前記水熱交換器が蒸発器として機能する運転中に、該水熱交換器を流れる前記水の凍結のおそれの有無を判定する凍結判定部と、前記水の凍結のおそれがあると判定された場合、前記制御弁を閉じると共に、前記バイパス弁を開いて前記水の凍結を防止する凍結防止制御部とを備えることを特徴とする空気調和装置。 - 前記凍結判定部は、前記水熱交換器を流れる前記水の温度が凍結基準温度を下回った場合に、前記水の凍結のおそれがあると判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記凍結判定部は、前記水熱交換器を流れる前記冷媒の温度が凍結基準温度を下回った場合に、前記水の凍結のおそれがあると判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記凍結判定部は、前記冷媒が前記ユニット間配管を流れる際に生じる圧力損失を考慮して定めた所定の低圧保護値を、前記圧縮機の吸込圧力が下回った場合、前記水の凍結のおそれがあると判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記水熱交換器を流れる前記冷媒の温度が前記凍結基準温度よりも高いアンチフロスト温度に低下した場合に、前記低圧保護値を高く補正し、前記冷媒の温度が前記アンチフロスト温度よりも高いアンチフロスト解除温度に上昇した場合に、前記低圧保護値を低く補正する低圧保護値補正部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記水熱交換器が蒸発器として機能する運転は、前記室外熱交換器の除霜を行う除霜運転を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の空気調和装置。
