Claims (1)
- 雄ねじ部を有する軸部において、軸方向から視て断面非正円形となる雄ねじ側連携領域が形成される雄ねじ体と、
前記雄ねじ部を挿通させ得る貫通孔が形成される連携部材であって、前記貫通孔が非正円形となることで前記雄ねじ側連携領域と周方向に係合し、かつ、前記雄ねじ体と螺合する雌ねじ体と周方向に係合する係合機構を有することを特徴とする連携部材と、を備え、
前記雄ねじ側連携領域が、前記雄ねじ部におけるねじ山の一部を省略することによって前記雄ねじ部と重なるように形成され、且つ前記雄ねじ部におけるねじ山の高さの4分の3を上限として省略された形状であり、
前記係合機構が、前記雌ねじ体の凹の円錐形状となるテーパ状の座面と略面接触し、軸心側が前記雌ねじ体側に凸となる円錐形状のテーパ面に形成され、
前記連携部材は、前記雌ねじ体との前記係合機構を、軸方向の両表面にそれぞれ有しており、
前記雌ねじ体が前記連携部材の軸方向の両側に配置されることで、該雌ねじ体が前記連携部材と周方向に係合する
ことを特徴とするねじ体締結構造。
