Description
これに加え、固定ブロックに2本のUチューブを取り付け状態では、2本のUチューブは共に、上下左右の4面から形状を理想的な仕上がり形状に沿った寸法形状で拘束・挟持された矯正状態となるため、溶着工程において管状端が溶融されても、この熱処理に伴って生じやすい内側や捩れ方向への反り返りや曲がりなどの形状変形を効果的に防止しつつ固定保持できるので、樹脂成形品の特性から、加熱溶融の前後で形状(特に湾曲部の形状)を高精度に維持しなければならない場合であっても、適切で高品質な多点溶着接合が可能となる。
できる。また、4箇所の樹脂製チューブの管状端同士が接合された状態で固定ブロックがワーク固定治具より取り外し可能に設けられたから、溶着接合後のワークの取り外しを容易かつ丁寧に行うことができ、よって、作業性が向上すると共に溶着後のワーク成形品の損傷を防ぐことができる。

Claims (5)
- 樹脂製チューブの管状端同士を溶融させた状態で接合する溶着機であって、溶着機本体には、一対の治具固定用ステージと、治具固定用ステージにそれぞれ着脱可能に固定できる一対のワーク固定治具と、前記治具固定用ステージの何れか一方又は双方の位置を調整するための位置調整機構を備え、4箇所の管状端を有するチューブの管状端同士を溶着接合するに際し、上下に並列させた状態の2本のUチューブを一方側のワーク固定治具に着脱自在に固定保持し、前記ワーク固定治具は、前記Uチューブの湾曲部の形状に対応させた状態の湾曲部を有するU字形状の開口部を形成し、この開口部の内周に溝状で、U字形の切欠部を形成し、この切欠部に2本の前記Uチューブを嵌め込み、前記開口部には、当該開口部及びUチューブの各形状に適合したU字形状の側面部を有する固定ブロックを嵌め込んでUチューブを固定保持すると共に、他方側の前記ワーク固定治具に4箇所の管状端を有するボデーを着脱自在に固定し、前記治具固定用ステージに一対の前記ワーク固定治具をそれぞれ着脱自在に固定し、4箇所の樹脂製チューブの管状端同士を前記位置調整機構により位置合わせを行うようにしたことを特徴とする樹脂成形品の溶着機。
- 前記位置調整機構は、一方側の治具固定用ステージを少なくともX方向、Z方向とθ方向に位置調整可能に設け、他方側の治具固定用ステージを進退可能に設けた請求項1に記載の溶着機。
- 前記ワーク固定治具は、位置決め機構を介してそれぞれの治具固定用ステージに着脱自在に設けられた請求項1又は2に記載の溶着機。
- 前記位置決め機構は、前記治具固定用ステージに設けられた固定治具の外枠を係合させる係合枠体又はピンとピン穴の挿し込み構造より成る請求項3に記載の溶着機。
- 前記ワーク固定治具には固定ブロックが着脱自在に設けられ、4箇所の樹脂製チューブの管状端同士が接合された状態で前記固定ブロックがワーク固定治具より取り外し可能に設けられた請求項3又は4に記載の溶着機。
