Claims (3)
- 矩形状である導電性セラミック製ヒータプレートの表裏面である両面の左右又は上下方向の両端に一対の電極部を施した溶融用ヒータであって、これら一対の電極部には、対向する電極部に向けて突出させた状態で少なくとも2つの突出電極部がそれぞれ同数設けられ、これらの突出電極部はそれぞれ2つの角部を有しており、前記一対の電極部の前記突出電極部同士の間は前記電極部間の最短領域となる矩形状領域であり、かつそれぞれの突出電極部間に発熱ピーク領域が構成され、前記ヒータプレートのそれぞれの突出電極部の間にそれぞれの均一加熱領域を持つように構成した樹脂製ワークの溶融用ヒータであると共に、この樹脂製ワークは、少なくとも2つの管状端を有し、前記突出電極部間の距離は前記管状端の外径より大きく、前記管状端同士すべてを加熱状態の前記ヒータプレートに所定の間隙を介して非接触に近接させた状態とし、前記ヒータプレートの発熱面に投影して形成される前記管状端同士すべての対応領域が前記矩形状領域内にすべて配置された状態とすることにより、前記管状端同士すべてを同時に溶融した状態で同時に接合可能としたことを特徴とする溶融用ヒータ。
- 前記電極部は、前記ヒータプレートに導電性材料を塗布した状態で適宜の形状の電極部を構成した請求項1に記載の溶融用ヒータ。
- 前記導電性材料は、溶射蒸着によるアルミニウムである請求項2に記載の溶融用ヒータ。
