Description
本発明の一側面は、平均粒径が1〜5μmである第1共重合体10〜40重量%と、平均粒径が0.1〜1μmである第2共重合体30〜60重量%と、スチレンとブタジエンとが60:40〜80:20の重量比で共重合された第3共重合体10〜20重量%と、導電性フィラー1〜10重量%と、ゴム成分5〜10重量%と、を含む導電性樹脂組成物を提供する。ここで、前記「重量%」は、前記導電性樹脂組成物の総重量を基準とする。
本発明の他の一側面は、前記導電性樹脂組成物を含む成形品を提供する。前記成形品の伸び率は、60%以上であってもよい。本明細書で使用した用語「伸び率」は、引張試験で破断後の試験片を突き合わせ、標点間の変形量を求めてこれを百分率(%)で示したものである。前記成形品の伸び率が60%未満であると、複雑な形態、構造に成形しにくい場合がある。
本発明の他の一側面は、(a)平均粒径が1〜5μmである第1共重合体および導電性フィラーを混合してマスターバッチを製造する工程と、(b)前記マスターバッチ、平均粒径が0.1〜1μmである第2共重合体、スチレンとブタジエンとが60:40〜80:20の重量比で共重合された第3共重合体、およびゴム成分を混合する工程と、を含む導電性樹脂組成物の製造方法を提供する。
多重壁カーボンナノチューブ(MWCNTまたはCNT)10重量部を二軸押出機のサイドフィーダー(Side Feeder)に投入し、第1共重合体のスチレン−ブタジエン共重合体(HIPS1)76重量部、ステアリン酸亜鉛 8重量部、およびジメチルシリコーンオイル 6重量部を、メインホッパー(Main Hopper)に25kg/hrの速度で投入した後、200rpmおよび230℃の条件下で溶融混練して、マスターバッチを製造した。
上記実施例および比較例によって製造されたそれぞれのシート状試験片に対する機械的、物理的、および電気的特性を測定し、その結果を下記表3に示した。

- 平均粒径が1〜5μmである第1HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene) 10〜40重量%と、
平均粒径が0.1〜1μmである第2HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene) 30〜60重量%と、
スチレンとブタジエンとが60:40〜80:20の重量比で共重合された第3共重合体 10〜20重量%と、
導電性フィラー 1〜10重量%と、
スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレンゴム(SEBS) 5〜10重量%と、
を含み、
前記第1HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene)の平均粒径は、前記第2HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene)の平均粒径よりも大きく、
前記第3共重合体のブタジエン含有量は、前記第1HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene)または前記第2HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene)のブタジエン含有量よりも大きい、導電性樹脂組成物。 - 前記導電性フィラーは、カーボンナノチューブ、フラーレン、グラフェン、グラファイト、カーボンファイバー、カーボンブラック、およびこれらのうち2以上の混合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の導電性樹脂組成物。

- 前記シリコーンオイルは、ジメチルシリコーンオイル、メチルハイドロジェンシリコーンオイル、エステル変性シリコーンオイル、ヒドロキシシリコーンオイル、カルビノール変性シリコーンオイル、ビニルシリコーンオイル、シリコーンアクリレート、およびこれらのうち2以上の混合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項6に記載の導電性樹脂組成物。
- 前記シリコーンオイルの含有量は、前記導電性樹脂組成物の総重量を基準として0.5〜5重量%である、請求項6または7に記載の導電性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の導電性樹脂組成物を含む、成形品。
- 前記成形品の伸び率が60%以上である、請求項9に記載の成形品。
- (a)平均粒径が1〜5μmである第1HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene)および導電性フィラーを混合してマスターバッチを製造する工程と、
(b)前記マスターバッチ、平均粒径が0.1〜1μmである第2HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene)、スチレンとブタジエンとが60:40〜80:20の重量比で共重合された第3共重合体、およびスチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレンゴム(SEBS)を混合する工程と、
を含み、
前記第1HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene)の平均粒径は、前記第2HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene)の平均粒径よりも大きく、
前記第3共重合体のブタジエン含有量は、前記第1HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene)または前記第2HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene)のブタジエン含有量よりも大きい、導電性樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記工程(a)は、金属塩およびシリコーンオイルを混合することを含む、請求項11に記載の導電性樹脂組成物の製造方法。
- 前記工程(b)は、ステラミドを混合することを含む、請求項11または12に記載の導電性樹脂組成物の製造方法。
