Description
液体吐出ヘッドに供給する液体を一時的に貯留する液体収容手段に接続され、前記液体収容手段内を減圧して負圧を形成する減圧手段と、
前記液体収容手段と前記減圧手段との間に配置された負圧形成手段と、を備え、
前記負圧形成手段は、前記液体収容手段に通じる気体室と、前記気体室の一部の壁面を形成する変形可能な部材と、前記変形可能な部材を容積拡大方向に付勢する第1弾性部材とを含み、
前記変形可能な部材を前記第1弾性部材の付勢方向と反対方向に押圧する押圧手段を備え、
前記負圧形成手段は、
前記押圧手段で前記変形可能な部材を押圧して前記気体室を最小容積にしたときには前記気体室と前記減圧手段とが連通状態になっており、
前記押圧手段による押圧が解除されたときに、前記気体室と前記減圧手段との間が遮断された状態で前記気体室の容積が拡大して前記液体収容手段内を負圧状態に維持する
構成とした。

Claims (7)
- 液体吐出ヘッドに供給する液体を一時的に貯留する液体収容手段に接続され、前記液体収容手段内を減圧して負圧を形成する減圧手段と、
前記液体収容手段と前記減圧手段との間に配置された負圧形成手段と、を備え、
前記負圧形成手段は、前記液体収容手段に通じる気体室と、前記気体室の一部の壁面を形成する変形可能な部材と、前記変形可能な部材を容積拡大方向に付勢する第1弾性部材とを含み、
前記変形可能な部材を前記第1弾性部材の付勢方向と反対方向に押圧する押圧手段を備え、
前記負圧形成手段は、
前記押圧手段で前記変形可能な部材を押圧して前記気体室を最小容積にしたときには前記気体室と前記減圧手段とが連通状態になっており、
前記押圧手段による押圧が解除されたときに、前記気体室と前記減圧手段との間が遮断された状態で前記気体室の容積が拡大して前記液体収容手段内を負圧状態に維持する
ことを特徴とする液体供給装置。 - 前記押圧手段は、少なくとも前記減圧手段に対する給電が遮断されたときに前記押圧を解除する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体供給装置。 - 前記負圧形成手段は、
前記気体室を形成する気体室部材と、
前記気体室部材が移動可能に収容されたハウジング部材と、を有し、
前記ハウジング部材には、前記減圧手段に通じる第1開口が設けられ、
前記気体室部材には、前記ハウジング部材の前記第1開口に対向可能な第2開口が設けられ、
前記気体室部材を前記第2開口が第1開口と対向しない位置に押圧する第2弾性部材を有し、
前記押圧手段で押圧したときに、前記第2弾性部材の復元力に抗して前記気体室部材は前記第2開口が第1開口と対向する位置に移動して、前記気体室と前記減圧手段とが連通状態になり、
前記押圧手段による押圧が解除されたときに、前記第2弾性部材の復元力で前記気体室部材は前記第2開口が第1開口と対向しない位置に移動して、前記気体室と前記減圧手段との間が遮断される
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液体供給装置。 - 前記押圧手段は、通電したときに突出して前記変形可能な部材を押圧するプランジャを有するソレノイドである
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液体供給装置。 - 前記変形可能な部材の変形に応じて変位する変位部材と、
前記押圧手段による押圧が解除された状態で、前記変形可能な部材が容積拡大方向に変形して前記変位部材が所定の位置になったことを検知する検知手段と、を備え、
前記押圧手段は、前記変形可能な部材に対する押圧及び押圧の解除を制御可能な手段であり、
前記押圧手段による押圧を解除して前記気体室と前記減圧手段との間が遮断された状態にして、前記負圧形成手段で前記液体収容手段内を負圧状態にしているとき、前記検知手段で前記変位部材が所定の位置になったことを検知したときには、前記押圧手段で前記変形可能な部材を押圧して前記気体室と前記減圧手段とを連通状態にして前記減圧手段で負圧を形成した後、前記押圧手段による押圧を解除する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の液体供給装置。 - 液体を吐出する液体吐出ヘッドと、
前記液体吐出ヘッドに供給する液体を一時的に貯留する液体収容手段と、
請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の液体供給装置と、を備えている
ことを特徴とする液体を吐出する装置。 - 液体を吐出する液体吐出ヘッドと、
前記液体吐出ヘッドに供給する液体を一時的に貯留する液体収容手段と、
請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の液体供給装置と、
前記液体吐出ヘッドから吐出された前記液体を硬化させる液体硬化手段と、を備えている
ことを特徴とする立体造形装置。
