Description
請求項1のプリアンプルの特徴を備える電気駆動式ハイドロフォイルは、米国特許出願公開公報第2004/139905A1から知られている。電気駆動装置を有する更なるハイドロフォイルは、ボードに電気駆動装置のバッテリを配置することを教示する米国特許出願公開公報第2015/0104985A1から知られている。
本発明の有利な実施形態は、更なる請求項の対象になっている。

Claims (13)
- 進行動作中、ボード(1)を水の外に持ち上げる為に前記ボード(1)に締結する為の電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル(2)において、
少なくとも一つの駆動モジュール(10)であって、自律ユニットとして、進行動作中に水中に沈められたままの前記ハイドロフォイル(2)の一部分に締結される、前記一つの駆動モジュール(10)と、
電気バッテリ(11)と、
電動推進装置(12)であって、前記電気バッテリ(11)によって電力が供給される、前記電動推進装置(12)と、
を備え、
前記少なくとも一つの駆動モジュール(10)は、ハウジング(13)を有し、前記ハウジング(13)は、前記電気バッテリ(11)、前記推進装置(12)、これらの為の制御装置(14)を内部に閉じ込める、電気駆動式ハイドロフォイルであって、
前記少なくとも一つの駆動モジュール(10)が自律ユニットを形成し、電気駆動装置を有することなく前記電気駆動装置によって損なわれない或いは前記電気駆動装置が装着された前記ハイドロフォイル(2)の代替使用のために、前記自律ユニットが前記ハイドロフォイル(2)の支柱(3)に、すなわち、流れ方向(S)において前記支柱(3)後方および/または片側側方、および/または、前記支柱(3)の下に、取り外せるように締結されることを特徴とする、電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル。 - 前記ハウジング(13)は、前記ハウジング内に存在する前記バッテリ(11)を充電する為の充電プラグ(15)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル。
- 前記駆動モジュール(10)は、急速連結装置(17)によって前記ハイドロフォイル(2)に取り外せるように締結され、前記急速連結装置(17)は、クランプ装置であり、前記急速連結装置(17)は、特定駆動モジュール(10)の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル。
- 前記電気駆動式ハイドロフォイルは、支柱(3)、翼(5,6)、前記翼(5,6)を前記支柱(3)に連結する連結棒(4)を更に備え、前記少なくとも一つの駆動モジュール(10)は、前記連結棒(4)に一体化される、又は、前記連結棒(4)に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル。
- 前記電気駆動式ハイドロフォイルは、前記支柱(3)、翼(5,6)、前記翼(5,6)を前記支柱(3)に連結する連結棒(4)を備え、前記駆動モジュール(10)は、少なくとも一つの翼(5,6)を前記支柱(3)に連結する連結棒(4)として機能することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル。
- 前記駆動モジュール(10)は、前記支柱(3)と共に取付境界面(18)を有し、前記支柱(3)は、非電動用連結棒の取付境界面(19)と互換性を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル。
- 追加の駆動モジュール(10’)が前記ハイドロフォイル(2)の領域に位置され、前記領域は、進行動作中、前記水を残す為に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル。
- 前記推進装置(12)は、ウォータジェット駆動装置または推進駆動装置として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル。
- 前記ハイドロフォイル(2)を一定角度で前記流れ方向に対して締結する少なくとも一つの駆動モジュール(10)が設けられ、任意で、前記駆動モジュール(10)の前記組み込まれた状態で前記流れ方向に対して、前記駆動モジュール(10)の前記傾斜角度を変更する為に調整装置が、前記特定駆動モジュールの前記ハウジングに位置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル。
- 2つ以上の駆動モジュール(10)が前記ハイドロフォイル(2)に取り外せるように同時に締結されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル。
- 2つの駆動モジュール(10)が、前記流れ方向において、前記ハイドロフォイル(2)の支柱(3)の片側側方で対向する側面に位置され、又は、前記垂直方向で互いに離間されて、前記ハイドロフォイル(2)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル。
- 前記電動推進装置(12)の前記駆動方向は可逆的であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル。
- ボード(1)と、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の、少なくとも一つの駆動モジュール(10)を有する電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル(2)と、を備える電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル用ボードであって、前記ハイドロフォイル(2)は、前記ボード(1)に締結されることを特徴とする、電気駆動式ハイドロフォイル用ボード。
