本出願は、2016年10月31日出願の韓国特許出願第2016−0143386号に基づく優先権を主張し、該当出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に援用される。

Claims (5)
- バッテリーセルのエッジ面に冷却面を形成して膨れによる漏水を防止し、両方向セルに適用可能な直接冷却方式のバッテリーパックであって、
互いに面接触して積層された複数のバッテリーセルからなるバッテリーモジュール;
前記バッテリーモジュールを収納するケースに該当し、前記バッテリーセルが積層される積層面から90°方向のエッジ面に冷却面を形成する冷却フレーム;及び
前記冷却面の下部に位置し、前記バッテリーモジュールを収納した冷却フレームが上部に載置されて結合され、内部に冷媒が保管され、保管された冷媒を上部の冷却面に供給するヒートシンク;を含んで構成ており、
前記冷却フレームの冷却面には、複数の凹凸部が形成されており、
前記冷却フレームの冷却面の凸部には、前記ヒートシンクから供給される冷媒が流れる冷媒孔が形成されることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記エッジ面は、前記バッテリーセルの四角形のボディ面に形成された4つの線分方向のうち両方向セルの電極方向を除いた残りの一方向に形成される面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールと前記冷却フレームとの間にはTIMが位置し、前記TIMが上部のバッテリーモジュールから下部の冷却フレームに熱放出を伝導することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記TIMは、熱レジンであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ヒートシンクの上部にバッテリーモジュールを収納した冷却フレームが載置された状態の前記冷却面の断面は、
バッテリーセルのエッジ;
前記エッジの下側に接するTIM;
前記TIMの下側に接し、冷媒孔が形成された冷却フレーム;及び
前記冷却フレームの下部に結合されるヒートシンク;の積層構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
