Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年11月16日付の韓国特許出願第10−2018−0141847号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明は、電池パックに関し、より具体的には、冷却部材を含む電池パックに関する。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの電池セルまたは電池モジュールが内蔵されるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に備えられ、前記電池セルまたは前記電池モジュールを冷却させる熱交換部材と、
前記熱交換部材に連結される冷媒流入ポートおよび冷媒排出ポートと、
前記冷媒流入ポートに設けられた急速冷却部材と、
を含む電池パック。 - 前記冷媒流入ポートおよび前記冷媒排出ポートは、それぞれ前記ハウジングの表面から前記ハウジングの外部に突出した構造を有し、前記急速冷却部材は、前記冷媒流入ポートに設けられている、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記急速冷却部材は、前記冷媒流入ポートの外部表面を少なくとも部分的に覆うように形成される、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記冷媒流入ポートが前記ハウジングから突出した長さは、前記冷媒排出ポートが前記ハウジングから突出した長さより長い、請求項2または3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記冷媒流入ポートの断面積は、前記冷媒排出ポートの断面積より大きい、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ハウジングの底面には、傾斜面が形成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ハウジングの底面には、前記傾斜面が形成された部分に前記熱交換部材を支持するように支持リブが突出している、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記急速冷却部材によって前記冷媒流入ポートに流入する冷媒の温度が摂氏20度以上摂氏30度以下を維持する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ハウジングには、前記冷媒流入ポートおよび前記冷媒排出ポートが通過するポートホールがそれぞれ形成されており、前記ハウジングの底面には、前記熱交換部材のスカート部が挿入されるシーリング部が形成されており、
前記ポートホールを通して漏洩冷媒が排出できるように、ハウジングの底面は、前記シーリング部から前記ポートホールの方向に次第に低くなる傾斜面を有するように形成されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックを含むデバイス。
