Claims (24)
- ハウジングと、
弾性体によって形成され、前記ハウジング内に収容され、近位端と、末端と、前記近位端と前記末端との間に延びる壁を含む、弓状に拡張可能な空気袋と、
投与前位置と投与位置との間において前記ハウジング内の中央部で可動であり、前記投与前位置において前記空気袋と流体連通ではなく、前記投与位置において前記空気袋と流体連通である注射カニューレと、
前記ハウジング内において前記空気袋の前記近位端に取り付けられ、流体入口ポートと、加圧下で前記空気袋に液体を導入するために前記流体入口ポートと前記空気袋の間で連通する流体流路を有するマニホールドとを備え、
前記空気袋の前記末端は、前記ハウジング内で移動可能であり、液体が加圧下で前記空気袋を拡張するために導入されるとき、前記空気袋は、前記近位端と前記末端との間で拡張され、前記空気袋の前記末端は弓状の通路に沿って前記空気袋の前記近位端から遠ざかるように少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジングの中心部分の周りを移動し、
前記空気袋が弓状に拡張されたとき、前記空気袋の壁の弾性力が前記空気袋から前記注射カニューレを通って液体を排出するように圧力を与え、前記空気袋から前記注射カニューレを通って液体が流れるとき、前記空気袋の壁の前記弾性力によって前記空気袋の前記末端は前記弓状の通路に沿って前記近位端に向かって動く、注射装置。 - 前記注射装置を患者の皮膚に取り付けるために構成された接着剤を含む、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 前記注射装置は、患者の皮膚への前記注射装置の取り付けにおいて、前記接着剤を自動的に適用させるためにテーパー形状である下側または皮膚対向面を有する、請求項2に記載の注射装置。
- 前記接着剤はゆがみを緩和することが可能なだけ十分に前記ハウジングに広がる、請求項2に記載の注射装置。
- さらに、弓状に拡張可能な弾性の前記空気袋内に配置されて、前記空気袋内に、空のとき、または、液体の全てが放出されたとき、プレストレスを与えるための心棒を備える、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 前記心棒は、弓状に拡張可能な弾性体の前記空気袋の入口において、投与中、弓状の拡張可能な弾性の前記空気袋から放出される液体からの圧力を制御するために、テーパー形状である、請求項5に記載の注射装置。
- 前記心棒は、弓状に拡張可能な弾性の前記空気袋を弓状の形に促すために湾曲されている、請求項5に記載の注射装置。
- 弓状に拡張可能な弾性の前記空気袋は、その周囲に沿って様々な壁厚を有する、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- いくらの液体が弓状に拡張可能な弾性体の前記空気袋から放出されたのかを示す進展ゲージを含む、請求項1に記載の注射装置。

- 前記作動装置は、投与後位置において自動的にロックアウトされる、請求項13に記載の注射装置。
- 前記作動装置は、前記注射装置の状態について視覚的な指示を提供する、請求項12に記載の注射装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、弓状に拡張可能な弾性体の前記空気袋、前記空気袋に収容される薬、および/または、装置の状態を決定するための進展ゲージを可視化することが可能なほど十分に透明である、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 前記マニホールドは、注射装置から空気は通過させるが液体は通過させない疎水性フィルタを含む、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 前記マニホールドは、液体を通過させるが空気と粒子を通過させない親水性フィルタを前記注射装置内に含む、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 隔壁を備え、
前記隔壁は、前記カニューレを使用まで無菌に保つように構成されている、請求項1に記載の注射装置。 - 前記第2の位置または投与位置において、前記カニューレの皮膚中の距離を制御するために、皮膚を拡張部の周囲に配置するために、投与ポートまたはその周囲に拡張部を有するように構成されたハウジング表面を含む、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 前記注射カニューレは、前記射出前位置から第1の位置または深さまで可動である、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 前記注射カニューレが第1の位置または深さにある間、血液の存在を示す注射カニューレの末端と流体連通にある視認窓を含むカニューレ作動装置を備える、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 前記注射カニューレは、患者への薬剤の流れを変えるために、第2の位置または投与位置から第1の位置または深さまで可動である、請求項21に記載の注射装置。
- 移送器具と、
請求項1から請求項23までのいずれか1項に記載の注射装置とを含む、対象に注射可能な液剤の移送と投与のための薬物輸送システム。
