Claims (12)
- 運動制限のある関節炎患者のための核磁気共鳴療法装置(1)であって、
該患者を収容するベッド(20)と、該ベッドの両側面に配置された掃引コイル(9,10)であって、該掃引コイル(9,10)の間の空間が治療容積を画定する、掃引コイルとを備え、交番磁場を発生させる、前記ベッド(20)の下方に配置された第1の更なるコイル(10a)を備え、交番磁場を発生させる、第2の更なるコイル(10b)が前記治療容積の上方に配置されている、核磁気共鳴療法装置。 - 前記第2の更なるコイル(10b)は、上向きに枢動するように又は上昇するように適合されている、請求項1に記載の核磁気共鳴療法装置(1)。
- 少なくとも前記第2の更なるコイル(10b)は、内部開口部と、平面図で見た場合にほぼ矩形の形状とを有するリング型ケーシング(24)内に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の核磁気共鳴療法装置(1)。
- 前記掃引コイルの一方及び前記第2の更なるコイルは、前記治療容積まわりに上向きに枢動させることができる可動部(22、30、35)に取り付けられている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の核磁気共鳴療法装置(1)。
- 前記可動部は、ピボットジョイント(25)を介して該装置に結合されている、請求項4に記載の核磁気共鳴療法装置(1)。
- 前記可動部は、少なくとも50度の角度だけ上向きに枢動するように適合されている、請求項4又は5に記載の核磁気共鳴療法装置(1)。
- 前記可動部は、少なくとも1つの動作ユニットを備える、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の核磁気共鳴療法装置。
- 前記可動部は、少なくとも1つのトラクションガススプリング(29a−29d)により上向きに枢動した位置で保持されるように適合されている、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の核磁気共鳴療法装置(1)。
- 前記掃引コイル、前記第1の更なるコイル及び前記第2の更なるコイルの少なくとも1つのコイルは、樹脂に埋め込まれている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の核磁気共鳴療法装置(1)。
- 前記第2の更なるコイル(10b)が上向きに枢動した位置又は上昇した位置にあるか否かを検出する手段を備える、請求項2〜9のいずれか一項に記載の核磁気共鳴療法装置(1)。
- 少なくとも該装置の起動時に、前記コイル(9,10,10a,10b)のうちの1つのアンペア数及び/又は前記コイル(9,10,10a,10b)のうちの少なくとも1つによって生成される交番磁場の周波数を測定するために使用される制御ユニットを備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の核磁気共鳴療法装置(1)。
- 前記治療容積は、1.4m〜2.5mの長さ、0.4m〜1mの幅及び/又は0.4m〜1mの高さを有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の核磁気共鳴療法装置(1)。
