Claims (16)
- 内部空間を画定する筐体であって、成形部品によって第2の部分から分離されるとともに前記第2の部分に結合される第1の部分を備える、筐体と、
前記内部空間内に設置され、構成要素を担持することができるプラットフォームであって、前記第1の部分及び前記成形部品によって画定される、プラットフォームと、
前記成形部品と、前記プラットフォームの少なくとも一部分とを覆うコーティング層と、ここで、前記コーティング層に覆われていない前記プラットフォームの一部は、覆われていない部分を画定し、
前記コーティング層上および前記覆われていない部分に配置された接着材料と、を備え、
前記接着材料は、
第1の接着部品と、
第2の接着部品とを備え、前記第1の接着部品と前記第2の接着部品とは、圧縮下で互いに係合し、
前記接着材料は、前記構成要素を前記プラットフォームに固定し、前記コーティング層と組み合わさって、前記構成要素と前記プラットフォームとの間にシールを形成する、
電子デバイス。 - 前記プラットフォームの前記覆われていない部分は、前記第1の部分を含む、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第1の接着部品は、前記覆われていない部分に配置される、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記構成要素は、透明材料から形成された保護層を担持するフレームを備える、請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。
- 弾性コーティングを有する締め具を更に備え、前記筐体は、前記締め具を受ける貫通孔を含み、前記弾性コーティングは、前記貫通孔で液体に対する第2のシールを形成する、請求項4に記載の電子デバイス。
- スイッチアセンブリを更に備え、前記筐体は、前記内部空間に開口する貫通孔を備え、前記スイッチアセンブリは、
前記貫通孔内に少なくとも部分的に配置されたスイッチであって、前記内部空間内の操作構成要素へのコマンドを生成するように構成された、スイッチと、
前記スイッチを担持するブラケットと、
(i)前記ブラケットを前記貫通孔で前記筐体に固定し、(ii)前記貫通孔で液体に対するシールを提供する、シール素子と、を備える、
請求項1に記載の電子デバイス。 - 内部空間を画定する筐体であって、
第1の金属部分、
前記第1の金属部分とは別個の第2の金属部分、及び
前記第1の金属部分と前記第2の金属部分との間の成形層、を備える筐体と、
前記筐体及び前記成形層によって確定されるプラットフォームと、
前記プラットフォームで前記筐体に塗布されたコーティングであって、前記第1の金属部分、前記第2の金属部分及び前記成形層を覆うコーティングと、
前記プラットフォーム及び前記コーティング上に配置された接着アセンブリとを備え、
前記接着アセンブリは、
第1の接着部品と、
第2の接着部品と、を備え、前記第1の接着部品及び前記第2の接着部品は、伸縮して互いに係合するように構成され、
前記コーティングおよび前記接着アセンブリは、前記第1の金属部分と前記第2の金属部分との間で前記筐体を通過する液体侵入に対するシールを提供する、電子デバイス。 - 前記接着アセンブリは、
第3の接着部品と、
第4の接着部品と、を更に備え、前記第3の接着部品は、伸縮して前記第2の接着部品と前記第4の接着部品との両方に係合し、前記第4の接着部品は、伸縮して前記第1の接着部品に係合する、請求項7に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記第1の接着部品は突出部を備え、
前記第2の接着部品は、前記突出部に対応する凹状部を備え、
前記突出部は、伸縮して前記凹状部に係合する、
請求項7に記載の電子デバイス。 - フレームを更に備え、前記接着アセンブリと前記コーティングとが組み合わさって、前記フレームと前記筐体との間の前記液体侵入に対する前記シールを提供する、請求項7に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第2の金属部分がシャーシを備え、前記シャーシのうちの少なくとも一部は、前記シャーシが電気接地経路を画定するように前記コーティングを有さない、請求項7に記載の電子デバイス。
- 前記第1の金属部分と前記第2の金属部分との間のチャネルと、
前記チャネル内に配置された第2の成形層と、を更に備え、前記成形層と前記第2の成形層とが組み合わさって無線周波数ウィンドウを形成する、請求項7に記載の電子デバイス。 - 内部空間を画定する筐体であって、プラットフォームを含む、筐体と、
前記内部空間及び前記プラットフォームに沿って配置されたコーティングと、
前記プラットフォームの前記コーティング上に配置された接着アセンブリであって、第1の接着部品、及び前記第1の接着部品とは別個の第2の接着部品を備える、接着アセンブリと、
前記接着アセンブリによって前記筐体に固定されるフレームであって、前記フレーム及び前記筐体が前記第1の接着部品を前記第2の接着部品に係合するように伸縮させ、前記コーティングは、前記接着アセンブリと組み合わさって、液体が前記フレームと前記筐体との間の前記内部空間に入るのを防止する耐液性シールを形成する、フレームと、
を備える、電子デバイス。 - 前記第1の接着部品は突出部を備え、
前記第2の接着部品は、前記突出部に対応する形状を有する凹状部を備え、
前記フレームは、前記筐体と組み合わさって、前記突出部と前記凹状部とが互いに係合するように、前記突出部及び前記凹状部の両方を圧縮する、
請求項13に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記筐体内に形成されたチャネルと、
前記チャネルに配置された第1の成形層と、
前記内部空間内にあり、前記第1の成形層と係合する第2の成形層と、を更に備え、前記プラットフォームは、前記第2の成形層によって少なくとも部分的に画定される、
請求項13に記載の電子デバイス。 - 前記筐体は、前記第2の成形層と係合し、前記第2の成形層の位置を固定する延長部を備える、請求項15に記載の電子デバイス。
